It has been a year since I have been at this clinic— I came at a strange time when Dr Gordon took me on she was pregnant herself so my care got handed over to Dr hatch while she was away. That first medicated cycle was awful, I got back results before a call back at 9pm that night by Dr hatch who didn't seem to know anything regarding my case. I was also suppose to have a Hysteroscopy before starting my first IUI cycle with Dr hatch per Dr Gordon and that wasn't done until my second failed IUI that Dr Gordon saw we didn't do it. I had mentioned it before and it was kinda brushed off. We did do it with Dr Gordon, and I did have a successful 3rd IUI and got pregnant. Dr Gordon is no longer there unfortunately. I liked Dr hatch however the patient load is high and for what you're paying it doesn't feel as personal as it was with Dr Gordon. You see the PA's more times then the doctor. If I had a failed IUI the 3rd time I was going to look for a backup clinic if I am being honest, another thing I will mention when the blood work results are completed I always triple checking because there had been a few times I needed additional progesterone blood works done that sometimes fell through the crack. Overall though I am thankful for this clinic getting me pregnant and to both doctors taking the time to help us.

Best staff, doctors, and nurses! Dr. Gordon went above and beyond to help me to have my happy and healthy baby boy! They are absolutely amazing! And I just adore Dr. Gordon!

I am beyond grateful to have Dr. Gordon as my fertility doctor. I underwent several rounds of egg freezing with her, and she made the entire process feel completely manageable and stress-free. What truly stood out was her honesty and dedication.

When I was referred to Fertility Center of Southern California (FCSC) I couldn't get seen by the fertility doctor to whom I was referred so I came into meeting Dr. Gordon with apprehension. However, from the initial consultation and onward I realized that Dr. Gordon was very knowledgeable and experienced in fertility care. Over the course of nearly the next year, we saw each other sometimes 1-5x a week. Despite a heavy patient load for the practice, Dr. Gordon never made me feel rushed or disregarded. I am happily now 40 and pregnant! Fertility treatments are up and down and she always was honest but expressed genuine empathy.

I am 23w pregnant with my miracle baby all thanks to Dr Gordon. I have spoken to a lot of woman in support groups that have been treated like a widget on an assembly line by large clinics, but with Dr Gordon that could not be farther from my experience. Each visit you actually see the Doctors and discuss your personalized plan. They also follow your body rhythm and retrieve/transfer according to your natural dates as opposed to some clinics that get all patients to sync so they can batch them. I highly recommend Dr Gordon.

I was a patient of Dr Hatch for fertility treatment. The office performed Covid test the day before and called me on my way to retrieval to say that I was positive and procedure had to be canceled. I had self-tested at home and was negative. I decided to get a stat PCR test at Hoag urgent care and result was negative. I requested to be put back on the schedule but Dr Hatch did not perform my retrieval until the afternoon and by that time I had already ovulated. I was not offer any refund. Horrible experience with this office.

I cannot recommend Dr. Gordon enough! From our initial consultation with Dr. Gordon, we felt so much peace with our upcoming fertility journey. Dr. Gordon worked with us through every step and never pushed us one way or another. We ended up needing to do IVF and she was amazing throughout. I am now sitting here 29 weeks pregnant with our sweet baby all thanks to Dr. Gordon.

I went here specifically for Dr. Gordon and she was incredible! It is so rare in this industry to find someone not only passionate, but kind, supportive, and who can perform quality care. Dr. Gordon is patient and takes her time with you. We had gone through months of unexplained secondary infertility and after seeing her and her suggestion, we were pregnant the next cycle.

Dr. Gordon is simply the best! When I first came to her, I'd experienced multiple miscarriages with no clear reason. Dr. Gordon was empathetic, thorough, and compassionate — she pinpointed the reason for my recurrent miscarriages (endometritis) and helped me heal. Now I'm 20 weeks pregnant with a healthy baby!

Dr. Gordon was amazing! From the first consult I felt like she cared and tailored our journey to the individual patient, not one size fits all. We did a full cycle IVF. My journey was April consultation, May retrieval, June frozen embryo transfer, and now 18 weeks pregnant on first transfer! They offer early morning blood draw appointments which I loved.
