Sadie and Charlotte were wonderful! They took the time to walk us through our quote, break everything down, and make sure we fully understood each part. They led the conversation with kindness and compassion and made us feel genuinely supported throughout the entire process. We even ended our conversation with hugs! We are incredibly grateful for the care they showed us.

We are so grateful for Dr. Goldstein and his team! We had many unsuccessful embryo transfers at a different clinic. It was very discouraging, but Fertility Specialists of Texas was highly recommended so we decided to try one more round of IVF with Dr. Goldstein. We completed one egg retrieval and two transfers. Both transfers were successful. Our daughter was born in 2018 and we just welcomed our son two months ago (both conceived from the same egg retrieval). Overall, our experience with FST and Dr. Goldstein was wonderful. They're very organized and friendly. My nurse was quick to send updates and always returned my phone calls the same day. We can't thank FST enough for everything they've done for us!

This place was a nightmare to deal with. Impossible to get a hold of anyone, you sit on hold forever, felt like cattle being ushered through their system. Even once I tried to get them to send over records to my new fertility clinic, I was told they would send them multiple times… but then had to keep calling back several times over several weeks for it to finally happen. Overall just a very frustrating experience.

From the moment my husband and I walked into the office, we felt genuinely welcomed by the front desk team. Our entire experience with Dr. Goldstein and his assistants, Katya and Priscilla, was truly 10/10. Katya was incredibly patient with every question and concern we had, always taking the time to explain everything thoroughly and make us feel at ease throughout the process. I also have to mention the lab team, who made every blood draw a positive experience. As someone who has always been afraid of needles, they were gentle and so kind! I am now 18 weeks pregnant, and my husband and I are beyond grateful to Fertility Specialists of Texas for their expertise, compassion, and guidance. They made what could have been an overwhelming journey feel supported every step of the way. We will always be thankful for the care we received and couldn't recommend this team more highly!

Love everyone at this clinic and our overall experience. From the welcoming front desk, to the phlebotomists and the nurses. My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Chilvers since 2023 which resulted in our first pregnancy and now currently pregnant with our second. Dr. Chilvers and her team are so easy to talk to and share any concerns. They have a really quick response time even when just shooting them a message through the portal. Thankful we found this clinic and were able to finally grow our family 💖

HSG-experience The doctor never did a consultation before the procedure made me read a paper and sign. A DOCTOR SHOULD ALWAYS GO OVER THE PROCEDURE BEFORE ASKING YOU TO UNDRESS. Had appointment today, they never sent an email. Turns out they had the incorrect email and phone number. I had to call twice the day of my appointment to give them the correct info so they can give me the proper location. Then ten mins before my appointment they called me while I am on my way to my appointment, to change my appointment from 9:30 to 11 I said no. They call back as I'm in the parking lot to change my appointment to 10:00 I said no. I walk in they ask me to sign a consent form for the HSG test then go the back and get undressed without the doctor explaining the procedure. They told me to take Tylenol 45 mins before. Per the paper they had me sign the procedure will be painful. HSG is an inmate procedure that does have side effects. Mind you it was extremely difficult to get on the exam table. I put my clothes on and left I don't recommend .

This has been the most heartbreaking, devastating experience of my life, made infinitely harder by the team at FST. We did remote monitoring as we are not close to the facility, which we were assured would be fine. It wasn't. On more than one occasion, they misprescribed medication (both over the phone and in writing). I will say it again: They gave me incorrect instructions on medications. Multiple times. Orally and in writing. They often did not "receive" my bloodwork or ultrasound during stimulations. After I spent the afternoon calling and tracking it down, often to understand they received it hours earlier and just weren't paying attention. Rinse and repeat the entire stimulation period. We went back for a second IVF round, thinking the first was just a fluke. It wasn't. This is just how they operate. They were rude, dismissive, unwilling to be proactive in my care. We did two rounds of IVF and out of 18 eggs, we did not have a single embryo. But don't you worry, the financial coordinator will call you every single day looking for payment, asking about insurance, looking for more payments. Often I learned about what my next steps were from the financial coordinator and had to ask to be sent to the patient coordinator for an actual conversation about care. Dr. Goldstein was never on calls or communication -- the patient coordinator spoke with him and relayed what he said. I have no clue how active he was in my care.
