Dr. Bendikson & team were so attentive and thoughtful throughout my entire experience with Pinnacle. It was so comforting coming into the office and knowing I was in such caring & knowledgable hands across the board, including Lauren, Yadira, Meredith, all of the bloodwork team, and the front desk staff!

I had the most wonderful experience at Pinnacle Fertility. From start to finish, their amazing team handled the appointments with care and compassion. I felt supported throughout the process, and comfortable with each step. The front desk staff, Drena & team, Andrew on the IVF Lab team, and my patient navigator, Kristal, were always readily available to assist me with any questions I had at any time of day which was really encouraging. Dr. Vyas, Ally, and Dr. Ringler were extremely thorough in their explanations and made the entire process seem calm and relaxed. I have been recommending them to all of my friends and would do the process over again at their clinic. They are all very passionate about what they do and were a joy to work with! I absolutely love Shayann (hopefully I spelled her name right) for my blood draws. I’m so scared to get my blood drawn but she is so gentle and good at what she does and makes me so comfortable!

Dr. Ringler, Sima, Anita, and the entire staff at Pinnacle supported me through one of the most challenging times of my life. After my cancer diagnosis, I needed to move quickly with the egg freezing process, and from the very beginning, they made me feel welcomed, cared for, and genuinely supported. Their compassion, professionalism, and attention to every detail helped ease my anxiety and ensured the entire process went as smoothly as possible. That level of care was a stark contrast to the uncertainty and stress I was experiencing elsewhere in the healthcare system while navigating my cancer treatment. I will always be deeply grateful to this incredible team. Not only did they provide exceptional medical care, but they also gave me hope and helped shift my mindset to a more positive place as I began treatment. Their kindness and dedication made an unforgettable difference in my life.

I really appreciate how California Fertility Partners/Pinnacle Fertility is a very smooth, well run IVF clinic. In my previous IVF clinic, it was very difficult to book any appointments with the doctors or nurses. But CFP/Pinnacle alway had an opening the day of or the next day despite being quite busy. Everyone at the clinic were very friendly and professional and made a very difficult process a lot more bearable. Dr. Chung, Nurse Ally and Coordinator Sarah were all amazing people to talk to, were very easy to contact and had a lot of patience with me if I had any questions and boy did I have a lot of questions about this process. They always promptly answered with so much care and patience. I also really appreciate the blood draw lady, her draws were always quick and painless! The only process that was confusing was the billing. I wasn't sure about the total cost of a procedure before going into a cycle and wasn't always sure where to pay, both with and without insurance. Multiple bills were sent to my dashboard (some were meant to be paid and others not?). When my cycle was canceled the billing became even more confusing as the treatment was packaged not itemized and that included surgery. I did a cycle out of pocket and another with insurance cause of California's policy that helped me be insured in 2026. CFP was recently merged with Pinnacle so maybe they were going through some reorganization. We were eventually able to clarify the confusion with the billing and the spokesperson was always pleasant to talk to. A little background about myself. I am 37 and have DOR, did two canceled cycles and two retrievals which only produced one euploid embryo. I'm glad they pushed for canceling a cycle (I would possibly retrieve one to two eggs) as this would cost me thousands and were confident for a better outcome in another round (I was able to retrieve 8 in another cycle). I greatly appreciate Dr. Chung tailoring each cycle to my condition and trying different approaches for my difficult case. I did not feel dismissed or rushed and my concerns were always heard. Luckily I became pregnant naturally while taking a month off to recover from the retrieval. I hope this review helps others in similar situations!

From the front desk staff who always greeted me by name when I arrived, to the wonderful phlebotomists, compassionate nurses, my incredible patient coordinator Lydia, and Dr. Chung, every person I encountered was kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in my care. Throughout this entire process, she was my constant point of contact and an incredible source of support. She answered countless questions with patience and kindness, helped navigate insurance approvals and logistical challenges, coordinated appointments and next steps, and somehow always made me feel like I was her top priority. Fertility treatment comes with so many moving pieces, and Lydia’s organization, responsiveness, and genuine care made an overwhelming process feel manageable. Knowing I could reach out to her and receive thoughtful guidance gave me tremendous peace of mind throughout this journey. The nurses were equally wonderful, especially Ally. They were compassionate, reassuring, and always willing to take the time to answer questions and explain things when I needed extra support. The front desk staff were consistently welcoming and helpful, and the phlebotomists made what felt like endless blood draws as comfortable as possible. Most importantly, Dr. Chung’s expertise, thoughtful approach, and confidence inspired tremendous trust during a time that often felt uncertain. I always felt that I was receiving exceptional care and that every recommendation was made with my best interests in mind. Because of the exceptional care I received at Pinnacle Fertility, I am now moving forward with a healthy pregnancy. I know firsthand how much hope, courage, and trust it takes to walk through the doors of a fertility clinic, and I cannot recommend this team highly enough.
