Please READ!! Me and my wife had an absolutely horrible experience with this clinic. The staff kept passing us on to other people who promised to take care of us, but never followed through. They also thought we were speaking their language with all this stuff and every terminology they offered we had no idea what they meant. We always had to call and ask for our results, no one ever reached out to us. None of the staff is also in sync with each other and they call you about 4 to 5 times to tell you the same thing which is really Frustrating and annoying. We never got a full reason on why we couldn’t proceed with some things. Staff and doctors are all over the place. We understand people get busy, but they are trying to help us With conceiving and they are not doing a good job. Do not go to this clinic!

The staff is always friendly and welcoming in person, but the process of getting test results has been a horrible experience. On multiple occasions, I've had to repeatedly call and email just to have my results sent to me or my clinic. Every time I'm told they'll be sent, but they never are, and I have to keep following up. The communication is extremely poor, there doesn't seem to be any direct way to contact the person responsible for ensuring patients receive their results in a timely manner. As a monitoring patient, timely communication is very important, and this level of disorganization is frustrating and unacceptable. I hope the clinic improves its communication and result-sharing process because it has caused unnecessary stress.

I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for attentive doctors and strong communication during IUI or IVF treatment. I am currently working with Dr. Julian Escobar, and my experience with him has been excellent. He is very professional, a great listener, and truly cares about his patients. I also appreciated that he did not rush me into IVF. Instead, he thoughtfully recommended trying IUI first before moving forward with IVF, which made me feel supported and not pressured. The nursing staff are also very professional and knowledgeable. My experience with Trish was especially wonderful. She was incredibly compassionate, took the time to reassure me during the process, and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. Scheduling and pricing have been clear and well organized, which made the process much less stressful. The clinic’s customer service has also been outstanding, with great communication and helpful reminders for upcoming appointments. Overall, my experience has been very positive, and I would gladly recommend this clinic to anyone who is looking to begin their fertility journey and start a family.

We are so grateful for Dr. Escobar and the team at Conceive in Euless. Sarah Jane and the always sweet and supportive ladies at this location helped me feel welcome and confident throughout the process. Can’t say enough about Dr. Escobar! He was very thorough and patient with me as we navigated the whole fertility journey. I had some health issues we needed to get sorted before diving in with IVF, one of which was a uterine fibroid he removed. He helped us understand all of our options, the timeline and rates of success for each, so we felt confident in our decision. We did two retrievals before getting our perfect little embryo, then a frozen transfer and he stuck! Our little one is now four months old and we are so in love! Thank you for helping us have the family we dreamed of.
