Dr. Skora, Lauren Piekarski, Amber, Jacqie, Qiana Mitchell, and the nursing team have all been very kind, patient, professional, and supportive. This IVF journey can be stressful and emotional, especially when patients do not understand every step, but the team has guided us with care and respect. Lauren has been very helpful in explaining the IVF process, medications, next steps, and timing. Amber and the nursing team are caring and supportive, and they help make the process feel easier. Jacqie and Qiana have also been helpful with the financial side and guidance. We truly appreciate their patience, kindness, communication, and support. They answer questions clearly and make us feel that we are in good hands during this important journey.
