We know some people have had a great experience at Adore, but our experience lacked communication and transparency causing us to seek care elsewhere

**Never returned my $75 deposit. Disappointed that I didn't get the opportunity to work with Dr. Cox as she is a veteran. But office staff member Angel, was "difficult" to work with. She continually was creating barriers to care. From their payment system is complex and she told me I needed to "take accountability" for not understanding. Very inappropriate front office staff. I am both a veteran and health care worker myself, would never treat anyone that way.....again very disappointed. Update After Owner Respone: No one was verbally abusive to staff. The day before the appointment, I paid the $75.00 Pre-appointment fee and I used my HSA to pay. I keep that card at home, as it is not a card I keep in my everyday wallet.I was under the impression, that my next visit was the $200 and somthing fee and that is when insurance would kick in. I did not have anything in writing. As stated, their fee schedule is confusing. I was told by Angel that I would receive an email with the exact amount paid I paid the same day. The emai for the portall did not arrive until 7:42 AM the next day. Angel called at 10:30 AM to discuss that I skipped over a section and they would be canceling my appointment. I then pulled over on the side of the road, completed the section. I arrived at my location, I logged in for my appointment at 1:58 PM. At 2:02 PM, another member of Dr. Cox's staff called to dicuss payment. I told them that I did not have an issue paying, but my HSA card was not at my current location or be able to use the same card. I asked to reschedule. The staff member then, handed the phone to Angel. She stated that I needed to take "accountability" for my actions for not undertanding their confusing system. I then called her "evil" for what she said to me. Because complied with every demand, rushed to make the appointment, then I am going to be told "I need to take responsibility". Her comment was evil. I stand by what I say. Its not abusive. You need to train your staff to do treat patients with dignity and respect and ensure you have the entire story from your staff before you respond. I stand by what I say. We can let the readers pass judgement. I will not be bullied by you or anyone else.

After my experiences with both Adore and Coastal Fertility, the difference couldn’t be more clear. Adore fell short in several critical ways, particularly around communication and administrative follow-through. Ultimately, I wasn’t even able to proceed with my egg freezing cycle due to multiple administrative and communication errors on their end. Despite this, Adore had previously told me that my insurance would cover none of the procedure—and they still declined to refund my $1,000 deposit, even though the retrieval never took place because of their mistakes. In contrast, Coastal Fertility provided a far more seamless and transparent experience. Not only was their team significantly more organized and communicative, but they were also able to work with my insurance to reduce the cost of my retrieval from $7,000 to just $1,200, something Adore had told me wasn’t possible. I came to Adore via a recommendation, and had a very open heart and open mind and tried to be very accommodating of their mishaps, but for them to ultimately still refuse to even refund my deposit to me was the last straw and made me feel compelled to tell people to venture into this very personal and very emotional experience elsewhere.

I had the opportunity to spend the morning with this amazing group of professionals. I cannot express the enjoyment of just being in the same room as everyone there. Such a joy.

If I could give Dr. Cox and her team 100 stars, I would. After undergoing my first IVF cycle at another practice, I scheduled a second-opinion consultation with Dr. Cox. Within an hour, I knew transferring my care to Adore was the right choice. Dr. Cox provided exceptional clinical insight paired with genuine empathy and consistent encouragement. Her staff is equally impressive…warm, personable, and truly invested in making patients feel supported throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this practice to anyone navigating fertility treatment, especially if you are seeking individualized and personable care.

Fertility clinics are not where you hope to be. Adore makes the process much more tolerable as they treat you as a person, not a patient. I sought care at other clinics prior to adore and Dr. Cox makes the difference. After 6 years of failed IUI's and IVF cycles with "rare" scenarios repeatedly, Doctor Cox helped our miracle baby arrive. The care she has for patients as people is apparent and rare in her line of work. Her consideration for how fertility treatments affect the patient and their family is noticed the clinics offering of acupuncture, a calm resting area in the clinic, and her ability to talk about how YOU are doing. Her medical knowledge is top tier. She explains things in a very easy to understand way and will collaborate to seek an answer if needed. My scenario was not commonplace and she consulted with others in my best interest. Fertility clinics can seem cold and money making schemes during a trying time. Adore is far from that- they feel like family, working together to achieve one common goal. Thank You for being such a fantastic welcoming place.

We’ve been with Adore Fertility since 2022, and I can’t say enough about the compassion, patience, and positivity the entire team has shown throughout our IVF journey. As a scientist by training, I tend to ask a lot of detailed questions and Dr. Cox has always taken the time to listen thoughtfully and provide clear, research-based, and fair-balanced answers to help guide our decisions. I wasn’t just a patient — I was seen, I was heard, and most importantly, I was understood. This journey with infertility is one that can feel incredibly lonely, overwhelming, and terrifying, especially when you're dealing with diagnoses like Diminished Ovarian Reserve (DOR), low AMH, and elevated FSH and LH. But at Adore, I’ve never once felt alone. In fact, I’ve felt nothing short of embraced. The staff — every single one of them — have been nothing short of amazing. Whether it’s a phone call, a message, or even a note through the portal, they always respond so quickly and thoughtfully. There’s never a sense of delay or confusion — they truly go above and beyond to ensure you’re informed and supported every step of the way. That alone makes such a difference, especially during such an emotionally intense experience. Dr. Cox… where do I even begin? She is truly an angel on Earth. Her warmth, compassion, and depth of understanding have brought so much peace to my heart. She doesn’t just treat the body — she holds space for your emotions, your fears, your hopes, and your dreams. She listened to our story and genuinely felt it. That kind of care can’t be taught — it comes from the heart. And Dr. Cox has one of the most incredible hearts I’ve ever encountered in the medical world. Given my situation, Dr. Cox recommended a medicated cycle with Clomid and Ovidrel, followed by an IUI. As I approach the start of this next chapter (with my cycle beginning soon), I can honestly say I’ve never felt more supported. Yes, I’m nervous. Yes, I’m scared. But I’m also incredibly hopeful — because I know I’m in the best hands possible. Adore Fertility is more than a clinic — it’s a family. They’ve held my hand, answered every question, wiped away tears, and celebrated moments of courage with me. They don’t make you feel like just another case number — you are you here, and they care about you deeply. To anyone beginning this journey, I cannot recommend Adore Fertility and Dr. Cox enough. It’s rare to find a place that truly sees you — body, heart, and soul — but I’ve found that here. I’m beyond grateful to have them by my side as I take these next steps toward motherhood.
