Aspire Fertility - Medical Center Satellite

Do not use this clinic unless you are prepared to receive bills for services you never agreed to. My treatment ended two years ago, and in the signed paperwork I clearly selected that all remaining embryos should be discarded. I did not agree to continue embryo storage. One year ago, I received a storage bill and called the clinic. I was told the account had been corrected and closed. I believed the issue was resolved. Now, two years after my treatment ended, I have received another bill for more than $800 for embryo storage that I never authorized. This is unacceptable. I followed the clinic’s process, signed the documents, paid every legitimate balance, and still continue to be charged. Patients should not have to spend years fighting incorrect bills after their treatment is finished. Please review every document carefully and keep copies of everything. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this clinic.

The office gives a very safe and wholesome feeling. The staff was sweet and very informative. Dr. Aimee Browne was AMAZING very sweet, soft spoken, and informative. She made me feel safe and seen. I felt no judgement. Highly recommend.

Very corrupt and fraudulent finance department they have. They find ways to charge you for no reason, no proof and when you ask for proof of their bill, they don’t hand it to you. This facility must be closed.

I rarely write reviews, but this experience has been devastating and cannot go unmentioned. Our family trusted Aspire Fertility with something incredibly important. Tragically, under their care, we lost our child—an experience that has caused us immeasurable pain and grief. What has made this situation even more difficult is what followed. We clearly and explicitly stated that we did not consent to any egg storage, yet the clinic proceeded anyway without our authorization. Since then, we have continued to receive repeated billing statements for this service. When we requested proof of consent, none was provided. Instead of resolving the issue responsibly, we were met with vague responses and what appears to be a disorganized and unaccountable system. To summarize our experience: • A heartbreaking loss during their care • Services carried out without consent • Ongoing billing for something we declined • No documentation provided when requested This raises serious concerns about professionalism, accountability, and patient trust. At a time when compassion and responsibility matter most, we experienced the opposite. We strongly urge others to ask detailed questions, document everything, and be very cautious. This has been one of the most painful experiences of our lives, and the way it has been handled afterward has only added to that pain.

Dr Balthazar and her entire team were wonderful to us. She is very thorough and lights up the room with her positivity. Thanks to her and all the wonderful people here we have 2 healthy babies.
