Truly the most amazing experience with Dr. Kashani and her entire team. Going into the egg retrieval/freezing process, I was unsure of what to expect, but from day one I felt completely cared for, educated, and supported every step of the way. Dr. Kashani is not only incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, but also so compassionate, confident, and reassuring. I also have to thank Karen, Vivian, Isabella and the rest of the team for being so kind and welcoming at every appointment. Everyone always greeted me with warmth, checked in on how I was feeling, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel comfortable and positive.

After struggling with fertility challenges for over 2 1/2 years, we were referred to Dr. Kashani by a friend, and she was the first doctor who truly listened to me and took the time to carefully go over all of my previous results and symptoms. She was also the very first doctor to mention the possibility of endometriosis after so many of my symptoms had been dismissed by other providers for years. Since my endometriosis was not visible on ultrasounds, she explained that the only true way to diagnose it would be through laparoscopic surgery. As my symptoms became worse, I reached back out to Dr. Kashani for guidance, and she went above and beyond to help me find experienced surgeons, even personally consulting with one of the specialists she recommended. Three weeks ago, I had surgery, and they confirmed that I did in fact have extensive endometriosis. I truly cannot express how grateful I am for Dr. Kashani and her entire team. She genuinely cares about her patients and always wants what is best for them. From listening, advocating, coordinating referrals, and supporting me every step of the way, she made me feel seen and cared for during one of the hardest seasons of my life. I don't fully have the words to describe how grateful I am and how amazing Dr. Kashani is. I believe God brought me to her office knowing how complicated of a journey I would have. She has called me when she promised to call me, took time to answer all the questions I had and when I had an unexpected stroke in my eye after my 2nd egg retrieval due to an undiagnosed heart issue, she advocated for me to be seen urgently at UCI to get treatment, even when the first hospital had sent me home to follow up outpatient. Dr. Kashani has been the comfort and the guidance that was perfectly what we needed during our journey. Even as I was in the hospital getting care, she texted to check up on me each and every day. I will never forget the feeling of truly being cared for as I have with Dr. Kashani. And even as we found success with our first transfer, it was bittersweet to graduate from her clinic as she has been the greatest doctor we have ever met. Her staff is also amazing! Vivian is so organized and easy to reach, which has proven to be such a comfort during a hectic journey and she is so personable and easy to talk to. She is truly one of a kind. Dr. Kashani will always be an amazing part of my fertility journey, and the first person that really gave me solid, positive and consistent hope that I would not only get pregnant after years of trying, but that it would happen naturally, even with PCOS. With just a few months of unrushed, personal attention with Dr. Kashani soaking her expertise and guidance with multiple examinations and the right protocols for tracking ovulation windows amidst irregular cycles, I was able to gain peace of mind that there was nothing "wrong" with my body and have full faith that I would conceive. Dr. Kashani gave me many strategic options should I need them to support a quicker timeline, from medicated cycles to IUI and IVF, but what I loved most was her soft approach and low pressure to rush into anything. Within six months of working with Dr. Kashani and her wonderful staff, my husband and I successfully, naturally conceived. I don't usually write reviews but Dr. Kashani and her staff deserve all the praise. My husband and I went to a few consultations with other Dr.'s but when we went to our consultation with Dr. Kashani we knew this was the place for us! She is kind, knows her stuff and her staff is great. They've been excellent communicators, test results are never a mystery, I've received check in calls after procedures... I even called after hours on multiple occasions and received a call back within minutes to resolve my issue! Dr. Kashani is just as invested in your pregnancy outcome as you are, she truly cares and wants what's best for you! Wait times for my appointments have always been quick, and I've never felt rushed asking questions or during any of my procedures. We had horrible luck with Dr's along our fertility journey before we got here so having a Dr. this wonderful and a phone number that you can call to talk to a knowledgeable human is such a breath of fresh air! We did one transfer in 2023 that brought us our son and another transfer in 2024 (currently pregnant with our daughter). I know a lot of people's experiences with fertility clinics are dependent on how well it "worked" for them but I think even if IVF hadn't worked for us, I wouldn't have a bad thing to say. Seriously, if I could take Dr. Kashani, Vivian and Karen and make them my Dr. for everything I absolutely would. I would recommend Dr. Kashani a thousand times over (and have to multiple friends and family!).
