Small clinic with one doctor, 2 nurses and one front desk. The girl working at the front desk was nice and respectful. One of the nurse did not know how to draw blood, tried several times without success but blamed the patient for the sitting position. The other nurse was just plain rude, she would raise her voice and yell at the patient if she does not like what the patient says.

Dr. Meng was extremely patient and highly professional. Throughout the entire process, the doctor demonstrated an exceptionally high level of professionalism, patience, and care. From the very beginning, we felt that we were in very capable hands. The doctor’s medical expertise was outstanding, and every step of the treatment was handled with great precision and confidence. All procedures went extremely smoothly, and there was no discomfort at any point. The surgery itself was very successful and completely problem-free, which gave us a great sense of relief and trust in the doctor’s skills. We were very nervous and anxious throughout the process, which is completely natural during IVF treatment. The doctor was always patient, calm, and reassuring, taking the time to explain everything clearly and address our concerns. Through a referral, I came to see Dr. Meng, who helped me create eight embryos in one go. I was over the moon. She is a very good and humorous doctor. Before I met Dr. Meng, I did an IVF cycle with another well-known doctor in Irvine. While I really respected their experience, I started to feel that the treatment plan just wasn’t the right fit for me.
