I signed up to be an egg donor at this facility. I received 1st class care the ENTIRE process. I asked sooo many questions, and they were happy to answer. I had a malfunction with my meds, and they were so gracious and let me order more! It was an amazing experience to be able to help my intended parents. If you are considering this clinic for infertility or egg donation, I highly recommend. You will be well taken care of!

Absolutely horrible! please avoid! We were successful and grateful for that. We had to review our bills with a fine tooth comb. We were charged 2 times for the same visit. We were charge for procedures that were not even done. Two years later they still have not submitted the correct documents to insurance and we have paid nearly 18k in credit card interest while we have not received a dime from insurance. They refuse to answer calls from anyone who can help, transfer you and you will never hear back after leaving a message. This has been a ridiculous experience. Please be careful!!

Be very careful prior to working with CFI. There are many hidden costs, even when your process is going exactly as expected. While they quote approximately $20,000 for the process, our IVF journey, so far, has cost us closer to $30 with CFI and their affiliated partners. There are more ethical organizations out there to work with and I would not recommend pursuing CFI. Update: Whilst I have been going to CFI for several months now, I only met the doctor a few days ago for my implantation. He did, however, have the time to call and harass me about my Google Review even after having another one of his staff members call earlier today. 2nd update: we went through a ton of paperwork over a year ago to authorize that our remaining embryos be discarded. I got a bill recently for storage. Which is particularly alarming given current legislation efforts in NC to consider embryos a human with right to life. I called and they confirmed that in over a year they HAD NOT discarded our embryos as they are legally required to do. We were told it was due to a backlog. I cannot believe how reckless they are with other people's DNA.

I cannot say enough good things about the team at Carolina Fertility Institute. As a husband watching his wife go through treatment, knowing she is supported means everything. The staff is always very welcoming, and Doctor Yalcinkaya has been so attentive to my wife Amy. A special shout out to Carissa Saad our patient financial coordinator. She is amazing, goes above and beyond, and genuinely understands us. Every time we need anything she is on it and helps us out. Having such a reliable and caring team take care of us means the world! Although we are still on the journey, we are in good hands.

I had my HSG procedure done today, which I was extremely nervous about after seeing other people's horror stories. Dr Thongtuem was great and her nurse Amanda was absolutely AMAZING!! Mild discomfort but not bad at all!!

I started my infertility journey at a different clinic and ended up at CFI. Thank GOD I did. They are in a league of their own in the BEST way. We currently have an almost 2 year old from CFI and I am 25 weeks pregnant with our second CFI baby. Dr. Y is a light in the world of reproductive medicine. The lab at CFI is also amazing with cutting edge technology and lab staff. GO EMBRYOLOGISTS! I can't adequately express the gratitude we feel for all of the staff at CFI and WVFI. Not only is CFI top tier in reproductive medicine, but their financial counselor, Carissa, is phenomenal. I had switched insurance before our most recent embryo transfer and was having some issues with a large bill. It was over $1700. She helped me every step of the way. She explained step by step what I needed to do with insurance. She made calls on our behalf and got our bill to the CORRECT amount of $25. What a huge weight this lifted with a new baby on the way. We love this clinic so much. I cannot say enough good things. I have referred so many friends and family members here. If you are looking into ART there is NO other place to go.

I cannot thank CFI enough. Dr.Yalcinkaya and his staff go above and beyond and always make themselves available for any questions or concerns we had. I am forever grateful to Dr.Y and his staff! We went to them after having 4 recurrent miscarriages. They took the time to review our history and listen to our concerns. We are now 11 weeks and 2 days pregnant and we are so grateful for the team at CFI and WVFI. ❤️ Dr. Y is absolutely the best! We highly recommend!

Had a great experience with Dr Yalcinkaya and the team at Carolina's fertility clinic! Wouldn't have my baby girl without them!

My husband has been calling each week for the past month trying to make an appointment, and has had to leave a message each time... Still have yet to hear back from this place. Guess we will just go somewhere else.

Going to CFI to Dr Yalcinkaya was the best decision. Dr Yalcinkaya is the best Reproductive Endocrinologist Doctor around. Dr Yalcinkaya and his team made me pregnant and also save my life by finding what caused my infertility. Dr Yalcinkaya is very professional, knowledgeable and does all the necessary tests. He has a lot of experience and he saw right away on the ultrasound why i could not get pregnant. He is also a very kind, empathetic and a good person with a warm heart. I am an anxious person, but I felt in very good hands with Dr Yalcinkaya and his team. The nurses explain everything very good and financial team were fast and always helpful. I will be forever grateful to Dr Yalcinkaya, I couldn't get pregnant for 10 years, and saw 2 other professionals in the area, but only Dr Yalcinkaya made it happen and gave me my daughter. He found out what caused my infertility and it was 2 issues and it is no more unexplained. I was a very difficult and complex case due to my diagnosis, but Dr Yalcinkaya just made the journey easy, due to his extensive experience and hard work. I highly recommend Dr Yalcinkaya and his team.
