Dr. Patel did my HSG procedure that I was extremely anxious for and it was a piece of cake. Felt comfortable and supported!

The staff here are incredibly friendly. From the front desk, to the nurses and doctors, everyone was kind, helpful, and genuinely made an effort to make me feel comfortable and help when I needed something. Especially Anna, I had a lot of issues with my injections, and when some things would change on my injection days and she always would go and ask someone or get me connected to a nurse quickly. . That stood out to me the most because great customer service is something I really value. Within my experience, Dr. Lipskind and his team were my Fertility group The only downside was the patient portal—it can be a little confusing to navigate, and I wish it was more user-friendly. Other than that, especially given the time crunch of needing fertility preservation before starting cancer treatment, I had a very positive experience and would absolutely recommend this clinic.

Everyone at CCRM is so kind and they help ease your anxiety. They talk you through every step and are extremely thorough.

I was traveling and needed outside monitoring and the whole team was incredibly thoughtful and helpful - making something that is otherwise stressful and challenging so dang easy (think insurance, billing, approvals, scheduling, etc.).…...

I had a great experience with Anna at ACFS. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and responsive throughout the entire process. Even when there were scheduling changes, she handled everything smoothly and made sure I was taken care of. Her communication and customer service were outstanding, and it gave me a very positive impression as a new patient for my upcoming appointment. I truly appreciate all her help. Thank you, Anna, for your kindness and professionalism! Update:05/20/2026 I had such a wonderful experience with the doctor Reshef during a virtual appointment as a new patient for me and my husband. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and he took the time to explain every step clearly with no rush, which made me feel comfortable and reassured. He was also very kind, respectful, and friendly throughout the visit. I truly appreciate his care and highly recommend booking with him. I’m really hopeful that everything goes well and that we’re blessed with a baby soon. He was very helpful, organized, and professional, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and informed. His customer service was outstanding—you can really tell he cares. Kudos to you, sir! Highly recommend. Thank you so much for everything!

I scheduled an appointment with a Doctor for Monday, May 18th. On May 11th, I received seven separate communications requesting payment prior to my appointment. I made the requested payment of $176.16 to Arizona Center for Fertility. Two days later, on May 13th, I was contacted and told I would need to reschedule with a different provider. I chose not to move forward because I had specifically done extensive research to find the Doctor, received personal recommendations, and wanted time to research any alternative providers before agreeing to reschedule. During that call, I was told my $176.16 payment would be refunded. Understanding refunds can take time, I waited a week before following up. On May 20th, I called billing and left a voicemail, but my call was never returned. This morning, I received a receipt via email for $176.16 again. At first, I assumed it was simply documentation from my original May 11th payment, but the receipt shows today’s date, which created more confusion and concern. I have since called billing again and left another voicemail but still have not received any clarification. My experience has been frustrating due to the lack of communication and follow-through. I am still waiting for confirmation regarding the status of my original refund and an explanation for why I received another receipt for the same amount. I expected clearer communication and more responsive customer service throughout this process.

It was more of telling me I won’t be able to do this and I can’t do that and I have to do IVF and possibly surrogacy. I’m like calm down doc, this is the first appointment, you don’t have any recent labs or anything and you’re already jumping into telling me I won’t be able to carry a baby and how expensive it’s going to be. I was there to try and find out what I need to do to be able to conceive naturally and make sure everything was working ok. Instead I got a lot of you can’t do this, you have to do that, you can’t take those. Which I already knew because all my doctors know about this and they’ve educated me on it. And after everything he said, he would say “you know.” No I don’t know that’s why I’m having this appointment which felt very rushed. He spoke very fast which made me think he had better things to do. And that’s fine. He sent me to a weight loss clinic that doesn’t accept insurance. He didn’t ask many questions or even talk to my husband when the staff said he had to be apart of the appointment. Even my husband had no confidence the doctor. I see a NP at PrimeGYN, it’s her own practice, it’s what she specializes in and he said she was a general NP and doesn’t know anything about gynecology. He tried to break my spirit, but I won’t let him. So my confidence level is very low. We will not be returning. I will find a new fertility specialist. One that will listen and help, not one that basically tries to tell you otherwise because he feels like he can’t make money. So don’t go see Dr. Patel. His bedside manner is horrible

Dr. Patel is very knowledgeable . He’s very gentle when it comes to the ultrasound. Ive had two successful frozen embryo transfers on my third soon . The whole staff is amazing.
