I put my trust in this clinic during one of the most emotional and challenging seasons of my life, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care I received. From the very first appointment, the entire team treated me with kindness, compassion, and genuine empathy. They took the time to answer every question, explain each step of the process, and made me feel supported every step of the way. After experiencing heartbreak and uncertainty, they gave me hope again. Thanks to their expertise, dedication, and encouragement, my husband and I are expecting our rainbow baby. I will never forget the care they provided or the impact they’ve had on our family. I can’t say that any of us envision our story to starting a family involving fertility treatment, or doing the research that you are doing now to find the clinic that you think is the best fit for you. My husband and I completed all of our fertility treatment up until IVF at a different clinic in Scottsdale and were disappointed in our experience. The disorganization, feeling like a number and being herded like cattle with all of the other patients, and whichever medical professional I was seeing that day knew nothing about our case before walking into the room. I will never forget the day we found out that IVF was our next step, and truly that scared me. I didn’t feel comfortable at our old clinic and didn’t trust that we were going to have a good experience based on our experience thus far. I remember calling ND and speaking with Jackie. From the moment we spoke on the phone, I knew it was going to be different. She was empathetic, she spoke so highly of Dr. Salem, and I could tell she genuinely wanted to help me. Our first consult with Dr. Salem was an incredible experience. It is so hard to find a doctor that treats you like a 1:1 and makes you feel valued as a patient. For the first time my husband understood exactly what our case meant because of Dr. Salem’s counseling and analogies. He took his time during the consult, answered all of our questions, and we walked away from our consult hopeful and excited to work with the ND team. Dr. Salem and the ND staff make your IVF journey as smooth as possible. The communication is clear, you know exactly what to expect, if you have questions they are reachable and get back to you in a timely manner, and they truly have your best interest at heart. We were always greeted with kindness, a smile, and encouraging words. Regardless of what was ahead we felt confident we would accomplish each and every step along the way because we had the ND team. I recently graduated from the clinic and am pregnant with my first child, and I cried when I left because I felt so supported, cared for, and loved by this team. They made it such an incredible experience and I am going to miss them so much. I want that experience for you too.

Dr. Salem and team are wonderful. He also works directly with my OBgyn Dr. Malaki to make everything seamless. There were a few tiny communication hiccups when they first opened, but in the end, the results speak for themselves. I just had my second baby, and I am a very complicated recurrent loss patient. Would highly recommend!

Outstanding technology, service, and transparent and affordable price!!! We visited this clinic last year and eventually have a baby with only one shot. Dr. Salem is highly knowledgeable, passionate, professional, and approachable. He customizes a treatment plan for us according to our personal states, which I think is highly valuable and the key to the success. In addition, the entire team including nurse, embryologist, and even front desk is highly responsible for our requests. This helps us a lot especially when I had bleeding after the procedure.
