I'm so grateful that my OB-GYN referred me to RMA after I learned about my low ovarian reserve. Dr. Danis was incredibly supportive, positive, and always took the time to explain everything and answer my questions. Every single person I interacted with was kind, friendly, and caring. The entire process was very well organized, and communication was always smooth and timely. I'm truly grateful to Dr. Danis and the entire RMA team for making me feel so supported throughout this journey!

I worked with Dr.Kelly as my 4th fertility doctor after many losses, infertility, and a tough 18 months. I came to RMA honestly out of convenience, i lived close by... but it was the best thing that could have happened to me. Are they a machine? Yes... But do they care about their patients? 100%. Maureen and Jizelle, who I would love to hang out with one day, were always caring and kind. They had an incredible ability to meet me where I was emotionally, whether it was a bad day or a day I could laugh it off. The team was always available for me. I had some complications and was able to be seen within hours, sometimes minutes of a call. Dr.Kelly is truly a gift. She's incredibly smart, and will answer any question under the sun, and back it with all of the research for you to build comfort and trust with the decisions. She's kind and excited about her job. She genuinely wants to help you build your family and you can feel it.

We are incredibly grateful to Dr. Jackson-Bey and the entire RMA team for helping us grow our family through IVF. From the very beginning, Dr. Jackson-Bey went above and beyond to make us feel supported, informed, and cared for. She was thoughtful, compassionate, and always willing to answer our many questions, no matter how big or small. Throughout the countless appointments and every step of the process, we felt genuinely cared for. As a queer couple, it meant so much to find a doctor and team who were not only welcoming and inclusive, but truly celebrated families in all their forms. We are so thankful for our successful IVF journey and couldn't have asked for a better team to guide us through such an important chapter of our lives. We wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Jackson-Bey and RMA!

I saw RMA at the beginning of my fertility journey. It's a very commercialized operation. There was a lack of thoroughness and misinformation provided by their financial team. I would have made different decisions had I had a better understanding of my insurance coverage. Additionally, their lab partner lost my labs at some point, which would have gone unnoticed by the clinic had I not informed them it was taking longer than expected for results. It felt like they were going for a high volume and squeezing in procedures without taking the time and care that I have experienced at the clinic I shifted to who developed a great comprehensive plan and confirmed my full insurance coverage which provided me with a range of options. Recommend CCRM if your insurance covers it. They provide great care, have a thoughtfulness to the options they provide, and are highly communicative via their portal or calls (RMA is difficult to get in touch with). Save your time and energy and skip RMA.

I had an incredible experience here. I've been visiting this location on and off for several months, and I always feel like I'm well taken care of by the nurses and administrators. A special thank you goes to Joyce and Teresa for their exceptional support and communication. I'm truly grateful for them and everyone at RMA Brooklyn.

While the in-vitro process is long and hard on any woman, I can honestly say that my experience with RMA-Brooklyn has been great. Dr. Jackson is professional, supportive and patiently addresses any questions or concerns my husband and I have. But RACHEL who is the fertility nurse here is the real gem. I can't even begin to explain the amount of time she has taken out to sit with us, help us, review the treatment plan and go over the medication schedule every. single. week. She always calls with updates and has never rushed me in any situation. She listens, is attentive, and genuinely cares. I can't thank her enough for the support she has given us and continues to give.

I cannot recommend Dr. Buyuk at RMA highly enough. I have had him as my doctor for a few years now. From my very first appointment, I was impressed by his outstanding bedside manner. He is incredibly compassionate, patient, and takes the time to explain every step of the process clearly, which brought me immense peace of mind during a stressful time. Additionally, I really appreciated his punctuality. I never had to wait long for my zoom scheduled appointments, as he respects his patients' time immensely. If you are looking for a highly knowledgeable fertility specialist who is patient, knowledgeable, empathic and professional Dr. Buyuk is the absolute best choice.

My experience at RMA NY was truly wonderful. From the beginning, I had a lot of doubts and uncertainty because I wasn't sure whether embryo freezing was the right preventive option for my husband and me. Throughout the entire process, I felt heard, cared for, and supported, which made such a meaningful difference. The medical team was excellent, and I especially want to highlight my doctor, Dr. Rachel Danis. I always felt that I was in great hands and that all my many questions and concerns were taken seriously. The entire team guided me through every step of the process, which is incredibly important because the experience is intense — daily injections, every-other-day ultrasounds and blood tests, and ultimately the retrieval itself. Having a team that makes you feel supported and cared for throughout that process makes all the difference. The one area I would suggest improving is the front-desk experience. There was one particular person whose energy consistently felt disengaged, which stood out because it was such a contrast to the warmth, professionalism, and care I experienced from the rest of the staff. But other than that I'm very grateful and would absolutely recommend RMA of NY (and specifically the Brooklyn practice).

I am super grateful to Dr. Jackson-Bey and her entire team for their exemplary services. My husband and I received the best possible medical care here, and ultimately, they made our dreams of parenthood come to life. We have a beautiful and healthy baby girl thanks to Dr. Jackson-Bey and her team. I want to especially shout out Nurse Rachel who was so caring and compassionate throughout our time with RMA. I cannot thank you all enough!!
