This review is for both Los Gatos and San Ramon clinics. RSC has been an absolute nightmare to work with. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone if you are trying to plan a family as THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIVE. After matching with our surrogate, we sent in her medical records. It’s been over 7 weeks (and waiting) to review our surrogate’s records. STILL no response despite weekly check-ins. We are in danger of potentially losing our surrogate and this is absolutely absurd that this is the bottleneck in the process and the communication is this terrible. If you’re starting or continuing your infertility journey, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE go somewhere else. Take the other negative reviews seriously. They’re accurate!

My husband and I embarked on our IVF journey a few years ago, and I want to share our story in hopes of inspiring others facing similar challenges. When we first met Dr. Hinckley, I was 38 and my husband was 36. After trying to conceive naturally for several years, we faced difficulties due to my PCOS. Despite many heart-wrenching moments, Dr. Hinckley and her amazing nurse were always there to guide us with compassion and hope. In September 2025, after much contemplation, we decided to give it one more chance. I was active and healthy, and my husband was 40. We went through one final round of IVF, and to our absolute joy, we became pregnant! Dr. Hinckley was instrumental throughout the process, providing unwavering support and encouragement. What truly stood out to us was how easy the facility made scheduling appointments and lab work. Their weekend hours were a lifesaver, fitting perfectly into my work schedule. After all the ups and downs, we welcomed our beautiful son in May 2026. He is the most precious gift we could have ever hoped for. We are immensely grateful for the support we received at [IVF Fertility Center Name], which made our dream of parenthood a reality. For anyone considering IVF, I encourage you to take that first step. It can be a challenging journey, but with the right support, it can lead to the most wonderful outcome. After a long journey, I’m so grateful to finally be able to say we have our baby thanks to this amazing fertility clinic in San Ramon. Dr. Hinckley was my main doctor throughout the process, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better doctor - knowledgeable and always taking the time to explain every step and answer all my questions. She made a very emotional and sometimes stressful journey feel much more manageable and supported. I also want to highlight that every doctor and staff member involved in the different procedures was excellent. From consultations to IVF procedures, the entire team was professional, kind, and genuinely caring. You can really feel that they are invested in their patients’ success. The clinic itself is well-organized, efficient, and responsive, which makes a huge difference when you’re going through fertility treatment. Thanks to their expertise and care, we now have our baby , and I will always be incredibly thankful. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fertility clinic that combines professionalism with real compassion.

The Reproductive Science Center of the Bay Area used an in-house egg donor to create me. When I developed severe health issues in my teens, my wonderful mom called RSC to ask if these issues were in the family history. RSC refused to help, saying that they don't keep records that long (and unfortunately, donor conception clinics are not required to do so for longer than eight years anywhere in the USA). It turns out that some of my issues are in the family history (which was NOT yet known at the time of donation, so they weren't in the records my parents received - keep in mind that the records you get are a snapshot of a young healthy person, and that can and often does change), but I did not get to find that out from RSC - they didn’t lift a finger to help us or to get any updated info from the donor. This endangered my life, and they did not care at all. This could happen to your family too! Please protect your children by not using an anonymous donor, so that they have access to ACCURATE AND UPDATED medical information. Most clinics will not take it upon themselves to give you health updates, even if donors have contacted them to try to help. Nowhere in America are clinics required to verify the medical information that donors report, and they are not required to keep records, so you MUST do that work for your family yourself by choosing an open ID (ideally from birth) donor, or a known donor with legal contracts in place. Then even if your child gets sick and RSC refuses to help you, you can keep your child alive and healthy. Their doctors are great at medical care, at least in my family's experience, but their ethics and their approach to donor conception are not. Your donor conceived baby will grow up and become a donor conceived adult who deserves access to their own genetic information.

They drop the ball repeatedly. Sending prescriptions late for the schedule, sending prescriptions to the wrong locations, not communicating when the process changed (they only told us when we reached out to them), not sending medical…...

We’ve been working with RSC for over a year know and are so grateful to be working with them, especially with Page. She has clear timelines, timely responses and feedback, and is able to help us navigate this unique road to expanding our family.

Initial consultation done last week but no further email or call provided yet for the next steps. Upon reading the reviews, looks like effective communication is a problem. I’m worried because the process is time sensitive. I have no issue with the doctor, He listens and explains the process well.
