I highly recommend ARMS to anyone looking to start their journey; my experience working with Dr.Moffitt and his staff has been phenomenal! My Nurse Ching-Mei was very responsive. Any Questions or Concerns were answered promptly, handled with genuine care and professionalism. Dr.Moffitt and Ching-Mei would spend as much time as needed to answer any questions that I had & I appreciated that the most given that this was my very first time visiting ARMS. I never felt like I was left in the dark, or like I was "just another patient" ... they really took care of me here, there was a gentleness about the staff here that really made me glad that I chose ARMS. With the help and support of Dr.Moffitt and his Staff; my husband & I are expecting our baby in February! At my graduation appointment they gave me a small gift basket full of baby items and an ARMS teddy bear, I was not expecting that at all but even that small thoughtful gesture made me feel seen. I am overwhelmed with joy and just very thankful for all of their time, dedication and hard work with helping us. Thank you ARMS!

My wife and I had a decent experience. In the beginning there was a lot of miscommunication that’s why I didn’t give a 5 star. This made our experience stressful Dr. drew made things right. Dr. Drew is very compassionate and answers all questions. He really takes the time to learn what is best for his patients. The process was very fast didn’t experience any rude staff. There is one African American lady I forgot her name my apologies. She is so kind very helpful and compassionate. I am glad we decided to choose ARMS. Thank you the McKinley family. Edit: My wife and I had twin daughters thanks to ARMS! I am really glad we chose to come to this company. I want to thank everyone at ARMS that helped us on our journey.

I wish I could give less stars SPECIFICALLY because Amy was terrible, and when I say terrible I mean absolutely dreadful. It has taken me over a year to figure out what I wanted to say about this entire experience with ARMS. Some back story: we found out my husband had fertility issues because of previous health problems so we decided to do IVF. We had no idea what we were getting into. We really enjoyed Dr. Moffitt during our visits and the embryology lab techs were top notch - I can’t say enough good things about them. However, and this is huge, Amy was horrible. When we started the stim injections she wouldn’t get back to us about what our doses were supposed to be until I was at work. My husband would then have to drive the meds over to my work so I could do my injections. This happened repeatedly. Fast forward to our retrieval. We got some good eggs and then we tried for our embryos. We only got 2, which we sent off for genetic testing. We had our transfer date planned, Amy finally responded when I messaged about starting the meds for transfer but the instructions were vague to say the very least. I had to repeatedly ask for clarification on what I was supposed to be taking because she would say things like “take 2-3 estradiol pills.” When you’re paying this much money and going through such an emotionally stressful time you need absolutes. Then the worst call I’ve ever gotten in my life came from Dr. Moffitt when he said our embryos weren’t viable. After a complete breakdown, I messaged Amy about stopping the transfer meds and got “oh man that sucks” from her and on top of that she didn’t even know the meds she told me to take. She told me to stop taking the progesterone when she had only told me to start taking the estradiol. Then she proceeded to say “when you’re ready to try again reach back out” ZERO EMPATHY. Now, I have been an ICU nurse for 14 years. I have met and worked with so many nurses and when I say that is the most egregious experience of my personal or professional career, I mean it. I was appalled. All this to say: we went to New Direction Fertility and I’m now 20 weeks pregnant with my son. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time or money at ARMS. GO TO NEW DIRECTION AND GET THE BABY YOU’VE BEEN WANTING

Our experience at ARMS with Dr. Moffitt was overall excellent, and we got what we wanted…a so far healthy baby at 11 weeks 3 days at the time of this review! ARMS was the 2nd clinic i consulted with, ultimately I mainly chose them out of extreme location convenience (90 second commute), over a popular Gilbert clinic that would have 40 plus people in the lobby with standing room only that ended up feeling like an assembly line. As time went on I started to appreciate much more than the location. -lack of pressure - i felt like they gave gentle suggestions of what options to take, based on evidence and Dr. Moffittt’s decades of experience -value based - overall i believe the cost at this clinic was less than most others. As an AF veteran they provided a veteran discount, and would always suggest lower cost medications than higher cost alternatives -“boutique” experience - though the clinic decor may not be modern or sleek, the wait room was never packed (anywhere from 0-6 people max). They seemed to do a good job of staggering appointments. Some visits took mere minutes, were always on time, extremely valuable as a working person and I felt my time was respected. -Easy portal communication - questions, appt times change requests, receiving updates and results, etc, their response time was typically within a few hours. -Follow through - if they said the results would be ready in the afternoon, if they said the Dr. would be calling from 4-6, etc, they did. -Flexible - they worked around my work and life schedule requests, and even an international trip that we had planned. I needed to get an ultrasound and blood draw out of country in order to stick to the transfer date of the transfer that ultimately ended up working! That was a fun, out of country, adventure for me and my husband. They accepted the results and here we are. Wishing anyone reading this all the best in their journey to pregnancy and that you find a clinic where you feel heard, cared for, and hopeful.

Dr. Moffitt is fantastic. He answered all my questions patiently and to my satisfaction. He took time to familiarize himself with my complex fertility history and came up with a great treatment plan. He checked many other labs and paid…...

My partner and I have only just begun our journey with ARMS, but so far, everyone has been amazing. Dr. Moffitt was kind, straight forward, and explained the process and options. He let us know what things are required versus optional. The front desk staff have been friendly and patient when we call. The IVF coordinator (nurse) has been amazing. She explained the process to me. They're responsive to portal messages. This is important as the process can feel very overwhelming. I know I read some reviews that stated they felt like a number. While I can see there is a degree of language or process that can appear that way. I believe its necessary and important for the very time driven and detailed work they do. I haven't felt that way. Every staff member I have spoken with has treated me as an individual. Dr. Moffitt even asked us to tell him our story and took time to know us as an individual/partnership. So far, I cannot recommend this clinic enough.

Had such an amazing experience, Dr Moffit is an awesome Dr and the staff is very nice and helpful . Yesenia and Cinthia were very informative and helped guide me through the whole process and were always very helpful !
