Our first appointment with Aspire was the best experience we could've asked for. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. We met with Cheryl Koone, and she was incredibly intentional, compassionate, and helpful. Highly recommend her and Aspire!!

Aspire has been helpful, friendly, transparent and concise with any and all questions. Very informed and knowledgeable, which helped me feel at ease and confident in their approach.

To say the least, I am so disappointed. My husband and I have both been looking to come back here to inquire about IVF treatments. I called today around 2:15/2:30 and a very unfriendly lady answered the phone, I told her my first name and asked to schedule an appointment to get more information about IVF treatments and, again, general questions. The only thing she responded with is "birth date" after asking twice, she said "oh, that's not that last name you gave me but okay.." I said I never gave you my last name but okay? She then further inquired about my insurance (which I didn't have last time I came, which, why is that an issue) I told her I have insurance now and all I want to do is schedule an appointment to get more information and to talk to someone. She responded with "well, I can't schedule an appointment for you without your insurance" I told her I understand but I just want more information about the process at which point I just wanted to hang up because her whole tone was so uncomfortable and made me not even want to come back here. I have NEVER felt so embarrassed, disgusting and upset to have been talked to in this condescending way as if "not having insurance and paying out of pocket" is not a thing??? In such a sensitive matter and personal situation at that, for someone to be SO condescending and just rude to say the least, we will NEVER recommend or come back to this place.

Yesterday was my last day at Aspire, my journey took about six months but it felt so quick, I feel like in a snap me and my boyfriends life completely changed positively thanks to Aspire Dr Kostroun and her staff are amazing, nurse Ashley and Katie, all of them were super helpful in teaching us how to use the medications for IVF and they are always so quick to answer in their portal I don't even have to call the clinic, they are always checking on us throughout the whole process, and they even take their time to call us when I have blood tests to give us the results I never felt confused or alone We are so grateful that they were so amazing and patient and understanding and answered all of our questions And now we just wait for our bundle of joy to come in December as our Christmas gift ❤️👶🏻

My recent visit left me with mixed feelings. Fertility care is such a delicate journey, and many patients arrive already carrying emotional, physical, and financial stress long before stepping into the clinic. Because of that, small details in communication and patient experience can make a very big difference. From a medical standpoint, the clinic appears organized and busy, but personally I did not feel much individualized attention during the process. Even with reassuring test results, the overall experience felt more administrative than supportive, which can be difficult in a setting centered around fertility treatment. I also found the pricing structure challenging to understand as a self-pay patient. The consultation fee alone was significantly higher than what I have seen elsewhere, and overall treatment estimates appeared substantially above many other clinics.

I'm a first-time IVF patient who values collaborative, transparent care and being included in decisions about my body. At Aspire Fertility San Antonio, the clinic is efficient and well-organized, and the support teams (nursing, embryology, finance) are strong. However, my experience with physician communication and decision-making was disappointing. During my first stimulation cycle, a significant protocol change was made without discussing alternatives, despite my clearly stated preference for shared decision-making. After retrieval, I was unable to schedule a debrief for weeks, leaving me in the dark about next steps while ready to move forward. I was also informed of genetic results unexpectedly while out of town, without preparation.

I want to take a moment to share my wonderful experience with Dr. Browne. It was just a first appointment, but I felt truly heard. She listened to my concerns, answered my questions, and never made me feel rushed or dismissed. I highly recommend Dr. Browne. 💛

I am very disappointed with this company. They sent us a bill for egg storage that we never authorized in the first place. Months later, they keep sending bills and we now find out they performed this illegally without our consent.

The experience at Aspire Fertility has been extremely disappointing. We lost our baby in their care, they stored eggs without our consent, and continued to bill us. No documentation, no accountability—just excuses. This is not how patients should be treated. If you value transparency and trust, avoid this facility.
