**⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** Our journey with Bloom started in June 2025. At the beginning, I didn't know what to expect—or even what I didn't know. From our very first consultation, Dr. Gordon was incredibly thorough. She ordered the appropriate labs and testing to determine the root cause of our infertility, and in the process, she discovered other important health issues that needed to be addressed as well. Dr. Gordon is very detail-oriented and has high standards. At times that can feel strict, but looking back, I truly believe that her attention to detail and commitment to doing things the right way were key components of our successful journey. We ultimately moved forward with IVF, had a successful egg retrieval, and after our second frozen embryo transfer, we are now expecting our miracle monozygotic twin boys! We couldn't be more grateful. One thing that makes Bloom so special is the people. After so many appointments, you naturally develop a bond with the entire team. From the wonderful ladies at the front desk, to the medical assistants and nurses, everyone genuinely cares. They comfort you when things don't go as planned, answer your endless questions, and celebrate every milestone alongside you. I especially want to thank Charissa. She is the friendly face and calming voice you see before every procedure. She has such a kind, reassuring presence and always made me feel at peace during what could have been very stressful moments. A huge thank you as well to my IVF nurse coordinators, Kiara and Annabella. Thank you for answering every question I had (and there were many!), keeping everything organized, and always being so patient, responsive, and kind throughout the entire process. She approached my care thoughtfully, individualized my treatment plan, and never made me feel like just another patient. I rarely leave reviews but I think it’s important for patients considering fertility care to know about my experience. I chose this clinic because I wanted a team I could trust during such an important process, but unfortunately I never felt that confidence. From the beginning, communication was one of the biggest issues. Phone calls often went unanswered, messages were difficult to get responses to, and I frequently had to follow up multiple times. Because of these communication delays, my initial cycle labs were drawn later than the timeframe they originally told me was necessary. When I asked whether that would affect the accuracy of my results, I was simply told it would be fine, which left me confused about why the timing requirement had been emphasized in the first place. The final issue involved my follow-up lab appointment, It appeared in my patient portal as being scheduled in 2029 instead of 2026. When I contacted the office, they were short with me and said I was already scheduled (referring to an entirely different appointment) and never addressed the one I was actually asking about. Eventually, the appointment disappeared altogether, and I was later told it had never been scheduled in 2029, despite what I had seen in my portal. That experience caused me to lose confidence in the scheduling process and made me question whether concerns were being fully acknowledged. I also felt the office environment did not reflect the level of professionalism I expected from a fertility practice. During my ultrasound appointment, I noticed dust accumulation in the exam room and numerous items cluttering the countertops. The lobby furniture was visibly stained, and the atmosphere felt cold and impersonal. Throughout every interaction, I remained respectful and ultimately asked to transfer my care because I no longer felt confident in the coordination of my treatment. When asking to discontinue my care after asking several times, Arielle made me feel very uncomfortable with her tone and proceeded to say I was ending my care because I was “irate”. I simply asked for the bare minimum of communication and was scolded by her for asking. Fertility treatment requires accurate scheduling, timely communication, and attention to detail. Unfortunately, my experience consistently fell short of those expectations.

I cannot recommend Bloom Reproductive Institute enough. After a long and emotional infertility journey, the entire team at Bloom made us feel supported every step of the way. Everyone was kind, compassionate, professional, and always willing to answer our questions. Dr. Gordon is truly an amazing physician. She is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but she genuinely cares about her patients. One thing that meant so much to me was that she personally called to check on me.
