I highly recommend this clinic. I've done IVF twice - first time at another clinic - and I can confidently say the level of care here is truly exceptional. Dr. Thornton has everything you could hope for in such an emotionally challenging process: patience, kindness, compassion, and unwavering support. He patiently answered every question, helped ease my anxiety, and made me feel genuinely cared for throughout the entire journey. The whole team is amazing, but I especially want to thank Jennifer, Shontay, and Mao. They are like a ray of light in my life - warm, encouraging, and always so kind. I look forward to seeing them every time I visit the clinic. I am forever grateful to have found such an incredible team!

GFG is a wonderful fertility clinic! After three rounds of IUI, we got pregnant on our first IVF attempt! Since this was our first time receiving fertility treatment, my husband and I were extremely anxious and overwhelmed. However, our coordinator Ms. Okamoto provided us with tremendous support and understanding. From translation during doctor consultations, to confirming treatment plans and insurance matters, to answering even our smallest questions, Ms. Okamoto provided thorough and attentive support, making us feel at ease throughout the entire treatment process! All the staff and nurses were very friendly and caring! Dr. Thornton is a professional and very approachable doctor! We are sincerely grateful to this clinic for giving us this miracle! Thanks to Ms. Okamoto, even Japanese people who aren't confident in their English can focus on their treatment with peace of mind!

Dr. Thornton is trustworthy and gave me thorough and thoughtful advice about preparing for pregnancy, which made me feel at ease. Okamoto Tomoko was also very reliable, providing comprehensive support with insurance processes, translation, email communication, and more. I was previously worried about my chronic condition, but with their help, I was able to approach trying to conceive with a positive mindset. I became pregnant within the cycle they recommended, and I am so grateful. The clinic environment is clean and tidy, the atmosphere is peaceful, and the staff are friendly, making me feel very comfortable. All the staff are very friendly and gentle, creating a warm, home-like atmosphere while remaining very professional, which made me fully trust them throughout the treatment process. But thanks to the Japanese coordinator Tomoko here, I was able to visit the clinic with peace of mind. She interpreted during my consultations with the doctor and always answered my questions quickly, kindly, and politely, from insurance matters to small treatment-related questions, which put me at ease. Dr. Thornton carefully read and analyzed my medical records before my first visit and explained the treatment plan and pregnancy chances in an easy-to-understand way, which made me feel very reassured. The clinic has a warm, home-like atmosphere, and the staff are always warm and friendly. I was fortunate to successfully complete my treatment after my second IVF attempt.
