At PFCL A clinic, I experienced professionalism and humanistic service. The entire process was very well arranged. My attending physician, Dr. Vicken, and his service team assistant like Julie were so attentive. During the retrieval process, I deeply felt the efficiency and warmth of the entire medical team. The team wrote down words of blessing for me, which gave me great courage!

My wife and I had the best experience at PFC Westwood. If I could give this place a 10/10 I would give it a 12/10. From the moment we walked in for our consultation with Dr. Vicken Sahakian to the moment we walked out from our 8 week pregnancy ultrasound finding out we were expecting twins, the staff was amazing. At PFC Westwood, you get the best of the best. Dr. Sahakian is an incredible doctor and always put our needs first through the whole IVF process. Whatever questions or concerns we had he would address and always reassure us through the whole process. Our coordinator Stephanie Arroyo was amazing. She was so patient with us. Answering all our questions about the medications, showing us how to administer the injections, making all the phone calls to our pharmacy to make sure they had the proper medications and syringes we needed. She even gave us her personal cell phone number to call/text whenever we had questions or needed help with anything. Stephanie goes above and beyond for her patients which made our experience so amazing and easy. Thank you to everyone at PFC Westwood. My wife and I will forever be grateful for the support and our twins that you helped us create.

I recently went through the egg-freezing process at the Pacific Fertility Center Los Angeles in Westwood, and I wanted to take a moment to share my experience. From start to finish, the care I received was exceptional. The entire team was professional, organized, and genuinely patient-centered, making what can be an emotional and overwhelming process feel much more manageable. On the day of my procedure, I felt completely confident that I was in excellent hands. What stood out most was how attentive and coordinated everyone was. It was clear that the team was on top of every detail, and I never felt like just another patient. I highly recommend Dr. Catherine DeUgarte as a top fertility doctor in Los Angeles, CA. My husband and I saw her for IVF after having done another IVF cycle elsewhere in Beverly Hills that resulted in zero normal embryos. We ruled out endometriosis with a specialist in Orange County and then went to see Dr. DeUgarte. With Dr. D, we did a different IVF protocol and ended up with a high count of eggs retrieved and several normal embryos. We then transferred one of the embryos and it didn't take. We decided to do a mock cycle with additional testing and a different transfer protocol. After addressing one thing that showed up on the test results, we transferred another embryo. I'm now 10+ weeks pregnant and graduated from PFCLA a couple of weeks ago after two healthy ultrasounds. Dr. DeUgarte was very understanding and supportive the whole time. She was open to us making changes with any setback and is wonderful to work with. We felt comfortable the whole time. The team at PFCLA is excellent and very welcoming. We loved our Patient Care Coordinator, Sara. She was always on top of everything we needed and super supportive. Emma, Dr. D's dog, was so cute and joined us at every appointment along the way. If you are looking for an excellent team and navigating challenges with fertility, I highly recommend seeing Dr. DeUgarte at PFCLA!

I want to express my deepest gratitude to Dr. Sepilian and his wonderful team in Glendale. I have never met such high-level professionals! The stimulation process was flawless, and the medication dosages were perfectly tailored. As a result, we got many healthy, high-quality embryos from our very first cycle. Every procedure was performed at the highest standard under the doctor's close supervision. Most importantly, I got pregnant on my very first and single embryo transfer! With Dr. Sepilian, you are in the safest, most professional hands. Highly recommend him as the absolute best!

Worst clinic ever. They offered a discounted consultation for $225, which was supposed to include seeing the doctor and the ultrasound. After I paid for the consultation, they changed the explanation and told me the ultrasound was not covered and that I needed to pay an additional $300 or pay the difference to bring the total to $350 regardless. Very disappointing and misleading experience.

I was able to, with 3 rounds of egg retrievals, to get 26 eggs with the help of Dr. D and her staff. Maria and Sarah were especially helpful during the process. There were moments where I had some confusion about the process and and they were both incredibly helpful. I'm really happy with the results.
