Dr. Danzer is an extraordinary doctor and I don’t know where I would be without him. I am beyond grateful to him and the SCRC team for helping my husband and I through our fertility journey. Both our little ones are SCRC IVF babies and we now have a beautiful family because of incredible care we received and expertise of Dr. Danzer. I was referred to Dr. Danzer by my OB who said he was “the best in the business,” after we had previously had an unsuccessful round of treatment at another clinic. I experienced this firsthand at early appointments and throughout as he was not only an expert but truly a kind, patient and caring person that cared about me as an individual and my wellbeing. They don’t make docs like this anymore! There was an evening when I needed to speak with him and he carved time out of his night to call me back, listen to my questions and made me feel really calm. His nurses and all the staff were so warm and helpful it really helped us feel at ease during this process. Plus it was so nice and comforting to have the surgery center and lab onsite in their Beverly Hills office (with stunning views!) - and then also be able to do monitoring check-in appointments at other their locations to make it easier on my work schedule with LA traffic. Mindset is a huge part of fertility success and every interaction I had made me feel confident, calmed and empowered to be successful. We are so thankful! I would highly recommend Dr. Danzer and SCRC.

I cannot express enough gratitude to Dr. Danzer and his incredible medical team! This is my second successful pregnancy journey with them, and once again, they have exceeded all expectations with their utmost professionalism and care. What amazed me most this time was that we succeeded on our very first transfer with a medication-only protocol—no injections required! My first beta came back at a strong 427, which was wonderful news. However, around week 6, I experienced persistent bleeding and was completely panicked. During this terrifying time, Dr. Danzer and Yilian were absolute lifesavers. They closely monitored my situation and proactively arranged rapid follow-ups and ultrasounds to ensure everything was okay. Their quick actions and constant emotional support gave me so much comfort. I have officially graduated at 10 weeks today! I am overjoyed and so happy to have had another wonderful, heartwarming experience here！！

Dr. Danzer is a literal hero! He and his name work miracles and know how to keep you SANE and CALM throughout it all! Truly couldn't be more appreciative to the team at SCRC for bringing us our wonderful, healthy son. I first froze my eggs with the team and then made embryos....and then did a successful transfer. Every single moment with Dr. Danzer made me feel at ease. The team overly communicates every step of the way so I knew we were in good hands from the beginning. CANNOT PRAISE DR. I could never give SCRC enough praise. From the day I walked in to my graduation day, I felt right at home. Dr. Surrey took the utmost care of me throughout my entire IVF journey. He always explained everything clearly, stated the facts honestly, made me feel comfortable, and always made sure I was in a good headspace. I never felt like I was talking to just a doctor. I always felt like I was talking to someone who genuinely cared about my well being. His staff is absolutely amazing. I have never received care like this from nurses before. Laura, Olivia, and Maria — you were my dream team. You cheered me on the entire time, even during the moments when I felt upset or overwhelmed. Even the lab downstairs made every visit a positive experience. Getting blood drawn was always such a breeze because everyone was so kind and welcoming. We would talk, laugh, and somehow make light of everything, which meant more to me than I can explain. I truly wish every doctor’s office provided this type of experience and compassion. I will genuinely miss walking into the SCRC office, and I will forever be grateful for the support, kindness, and care they provided me throughout such an important chapter of my life.

The SCRC team and Dr. Alexander have been fantastic to work with, and she truly went above and beyond every step of the way. She is incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and thoughtful. Dr. Alexander took the time to answer all of my questions, explain each step clearly, and ensured I was supported throughout the entire process. I always felt like more than just a patient, she and the SCRC team made huge difference in my experience (which I will note has been the best experience out of my friends who have gone to other clinics for their fertility treatments). Her team was also fantastic, organized, kind, and efficient, which made the process as easy as possible for me and my husband. Plus the office has multiple locations, making monitoring easier to get to if you live further away from Beverly Hills. I’m so grateful to have had her as my doctor and would highly recommend her & SCRC to anyone considering fertility treatment.

Beware of every single test you undergo and bill you pay. You will receive bills for years after services even when you call to square up and think you’re done. Tests are exhaustive and it’s confusing knowing what you pay for. The bills keep coming and coming even when you think you’re done.

I don’t say this lightly… If you care about your IVF journey, I would not recommend them. If you do go with them, follow up every chance you get and trust your instincts when something feels off. I’m open to speaking with the clinic but they continually ignore emails and divert calls to voicemail. IVF is an emotional journey to being with but SCRC and Dr. Ghadir only put salt on the wounds when things go south.

My spouse and I sent an urgent complaint regarding a profound and devastating error in the handling of our embryos that has resulted in significant financial and emotional harm to our family. Following our PGS testing cycle, we were explicitly informed by Dr. Shahin Ghadir and his team on or around the week 11/20/2017 that our 7th embryo was discarded due to low quality results. This was NOT TRUE! There simply wasn't any available data. Relying solely and in good faith on this definitive paid for information from our trusted physician and SCRC, we made the agonizing and financially burdensome decision to proceed with a second, complete IVF cycle to create additional embryos. We have recently discovered, through a conversation with a representative of ART November 13, 2025, that a catastrophic error occurred: embryo #7 was never discarded and remained in storage, entirely unbeknown to us. This failure to follow through on the communicated plan, coupled with the complete lack of disclosure, represents a grave breach of your clinic's protocol and our trust. It directly caused us to undertake an unnecessary and exorbitantly expensive medical procedure, with direct costs exceeding ninety thousand dollars ($90,000). We now have no returned emails, calls, or other forms of communication.

Dr. Surrey is truly exceptional. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Surrey and his entire team. From the very first consultation, he made me feel supported, informed, and genuinely cared for throughout the entire fertility process. I froze my eggs at 32 and travelled to Beverly Hills on my own and the team made me feel welcome and took such good care of me. 8 years later I met my husband and we used those eggs to make embryos and my twins were born in 2024. They are beautiful and healthy and we could not be happier. One thing that meant the world to me was how seamlessly he coordinated satellite monitoring with my team in Vancouver, Canada at Olive Fertility. Because of his willingness to collaborate so smoothly, I didn’t have to travel to Beverly Hills nearly as often — saving me so much time, stress, and expense. Everything was handled with professionalism and compassion. Dr. Surrey was not just my doctor — he became a trusted partner in one of the most important chapters of my life. I’m endlessly grateful for his expertise, guidance, and kindness. If you are considering fertility care, I truly could not recommend him more.
