Why Choose Dr. Chartchai Srisombut
Few fertility physicians combine US fellowship training, an associate professorship and hands-on advanced laparoscopic surgery in one practice. Dr. Chartchai can evaluate a couple’s infertility, operate laparoscopically when endometriosis or cysts are the obstacle, and then run the IVF cycle himself — a continuity that reduces handoffs and delays. His seven-day clinic schedule at Bumrungrad’s Women’s Center also makes him accessible to international patients traveling on tight timelines.
Who It’s For
- Endometriosis-related infertility: surgical and reproductive management planned together rather than by separate specialists.
- Patients who may need laparoscopic surgery: ovarian cysts, adhesions or uterine conditions treated with minimally invasive techniques before or during fertility treatment.
- Women of advanced maternal age: protocols and expectations tailored to declining ovarian reserve, including when to move directly to IVF.
