About Dr. Jeremy Chang
Dr. Jeremy Chang is the Laboratory Director of Reproductive Biology Associates (RBA), which he joined in the fall of 2005. He earned his Ph.D. in Animal Science with a specialization in Reproductive Biology from the University of Connecticut and began his career in human IVF under the mentorship of Dr. Peter Nagy, RBA’s Laboratory Director Emeritus and a globally recognized leader in embryology.
Working closely with Dr. Nagy, Dr. Chang played a pivotal role in optimizing egg freezing techniques to meet rigorous clinical standards — work that was instrumental in the development of My Egg Bank, now the largest donor egg bank in the United States. In 2008 he earned HCLD certification from the American Association of Bioanalysts, the highest qualification required to direct a human IVF laboratory in the U.S.
