Dr. Gregory S. Neal is a senior reproductive endocrinologist and infertility specialist at Fertility Center of San Antonio, where he has practiced since 1999. A native Texan who grew up in San Antonio, he completed his biology and biochemistry degrees at Texas A&M University before earning his medical degree in 1988, and has devoted more than 30 years to assisted reproduction.

Dr. Neal’s career combines academic and military medicine. After completing his OB/GYN residency in the US Air Force system, he trained in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at New York Hospital-Cornell Medical Center under the renowned Dr. Zev Rosenwaks. He then returned to Texas to establish and lead the military’s IVF program at Wilford Hall Medical Center, becoming one of the Southwest’s pioneering reproductive specialists.
