About Dr. Su
Dr. Irene Su is described as compassionate and thoughtful in her approach to patient care. She is deeply committed to helping each patient undergo a safe, well-supported family-building journey, and is bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese.
Dr. Su graduated from Stanford University, earned her M.D. from Albert Einstein College of Medicine, and completed her OB/GYN residency and REI fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania, where she also earned a Master of Science in Clinical Epidemiology (M.S.C.E.). Before joining RPSD, she was faculty at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
Dr. Su is currently a Professor at UCSD and serves as the REI Fellowship Program Director. As a reproductive epidemiologist, she leads research improving reproductive health in young women with cancer and directs an active laboratory at UCSD.
