About
Ma Xiaoling is a senior embryologist at INCITA Fertility Center, where she has worked since 2018. She has performed embryo micromanipulation since 2000 — nearly two decades at the microscope — and earned her master’s degree from the College of Veterinary Medicine at Northwest A&F University in 2011.
Before joining INCITA she held research positions at the Shaanxi Provincial Stem Cell Engineering Technology Research Center and the Translational Medicine Research Institute of the First Hospital of Jilin University, giving her a stem-cell and early-embryo biology foundation that underpins her clinical embryology work.
