Madeline (Maddie) Giancola, DNP, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner at CCRM Fertility of Arizona, formerly Arizona Center for Fertility Studies (ACFS), practicing at both the Scottsdale and Gilbert locations. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Loyola University Chicago, graduating with honors, before completing her Doctorate in Nursing Practice at Johns Hopkins University with a focus on women’s health and care across the lifespan.

Since joining CCRM Fertility in 2024, Maddie has worked in close collaboration with all physicians at the practice, enhancing the team’s ability to provide timely, comprehensive and personalized care.
