Dr. Matthew G. Retzloff is Medical Director of Fertility Center of San Antonio, where he has practiced since 2014. A San Antonio native, he earned his bachelor’s degree from the US Air Force Academy and his medical degree from UT Southwestern Medical Center, and has devoted more than 20 years to reproductive endocrinology.

Dr. Retzloff’s career spans military and academic medicine. After completing his OB/GYN residency in the US Air Force system, he trained in reproductive endocrinology at Harvard Medical School’s Brigham and Women’s Hospital. Before retiring from the Air Force after nearly 21 years, he directed the IVF programs at Wilford Hall and Brooke Army Medical Center, building extensive experience with complex cases.
