About
Shi Zhe is a senior embryologist at INCITA Fertility Center, working in assisted reproduction laboratories since 1993 — one of the longest tenures in the clinic’s team. From 1993 to 2000 he was based at the Institute of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Guangzhou Second People’s Hospital, rotating through the perinatal medicine laboratory and the andrology laboratory and managing the institute’s sperm bank.
From 2000 to 2018 he served as core embryology staff at the Guangdong Jiai Genetics & Infertility Treatment Center (affiliated with Guangdong Women and Children’s Hospital), where he helped set up and run the embryo laboratory. He trained further at the embryo units of Shanghai Ji’ai Genetics & Infertility Treatment Center and of the U.S. Genetics & IVF Institute. Since 2018 he has been a laboratory backbone at INCITA in Phnom Penh.
