About Tennessee Reproductive Medicine
Tennessee Reproductive Medicine (TRM) is a full-service reproductive endocrinology and infertility clinic located in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Founded in 2008 by Dr. Rink Murray and Dr. Jessica Scotchie, both double board-certified in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI) and Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN), TRM is committed to providing the highest quality fertility care to patients in Chattanooga and the Southeastern United States.
TRM emphasizes a personalized approach to patient care — physicians are present at every clinical visit and perform their own sonograms, ensuring patients receive immediate results and dedicated one-on-one time.
In October 2025 the clinic marked 17 years of helping build families, which is the only duration figure our sources attach to TRM itself; our capture records no patient or cycle count for the practice, so we do not quote one.

Patient Journey
Care at TRM begins with an initial consultation, booked through the clinic’s main phone line. The practice operates monitoring centers in Knoxville, Tennessee and Rome, Georgia, so patients who are not based in Chattanooga can complete part of a treatment cycle closer to home. Telehealth is listed among the clinic’s access options, and a free financial counseling appointment is offered alongside clinical intake.
Beyond those documented touchpoints, our sources for this clinic document no step-by-step treatment pathway — ovarian stimulation protocols, monitoring frequency, retrieval and transfer logistics, and post-transfer follow-up timing are not described in the material we collected, and the clinic’s contact and scheduling pages were not captured during research. Those steps are left out here rather than filled with a generic IVF timeline.
Local Legal Framework
Assisted reproduction law in the United States is set mainly at the state level, and Tennessee’s rules are not those of neighboring states. Our sources for this clinic document no Tennessee statute-specific guidance on egg donation, surrogacy, embryo disposition, or preimplantation genetic testing — the material collected for this page includes no statute or case citations. Confirm current requirements with the clinic and with a family-law attorney before starting treatment.
