This is our 2nd IVF treatment. After elsewhere, we switched to Dr Navdeep We are from east msia, and distance make us worried, if it would cause the disturbance to the procedure. however, we are grateful that he is reachable over the WhatsApp, and even after embrio transfer, I encounter bleeding. With easy accessible to the clinic ensure us of the next step to be taken, really calm us down. Under his care, we had a successful egg retrieval and conceived on our very first implantation attempt. This year, we welcomed our healthy baby girl, which was our first pregnancy over 12 years of marriage. Dr Navdeep is calm, knowledgeable, and truly cares about his patients. We highly recommend him to anyone on their fertility journey.

Words can't fully express our gratitude to Dr. Leong. Our journey to becoming parents wasn't an easy one, and there were moments filled with doubt, tears, and uncertainty. But Dr. Leong walked alongside us through every step of our IVF journey with such compassion, patience, and genuine care. He never made us feel rushed or like just another patient, he listened to our fears, answered every question no matter how small, and gave us hope when we needed it most. I still remember how he reassured us after our first setback and his calmness and confidence gave us the strength to keep going. We are getting treatment In ALPHA IVF & WOMEN’S SPECIALISTS under Dr. Leong Wai Yew. He is very helpful, cordial and expert for this treatment. Specially in the long journey of IVF treatment, Dr. Leong gave us great comfort. We are very happy with the treatment and overall service of this clinic. The explanation of the treatment procedure is very good, the cost explanation and billing is very transparent. We faced difficulties for Visa renewal. To solve this problem we get all the help we need from Mrs. Neva and Mrs. Hasriana. Special thanks to them. We already did 3 season of IVF treatment in this clinic. The response of careline is very good. Additionally, if needed we contacted Mrs. Neva and get prompt response. It means a lot for us in crucial time in this journey. Before starting treatment in Alpha Fertility Centre we visited 1 clinic and 1 famous hospital. But Alpha Fertility Centre is way better compared to them. I would say If I visited Alpha Fertility Centre first, it definitely saved my time and money. All I can say is I’m truly grateful to the Teams in the Alpha IVF for their treatment quality, honesty and service. Our treatment is almost finished. We hope to finish the IVF treatment very soon.

I am an international patient and underwent my first IVF cycle at Alpha IVF in April 2026 under Dr. Leong Wai Yew. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing, both in terms of the medical outcome and the overall standard of care. A total of 29 eggs were retrieved, but only 8 were mature on the day of retrieval, and only 2 of those fertilized successfully. Although another 12 eggs matured in the laboratory the following day, only one embryo was ultimately created from those late-maturing eggs. Despite retrieving 29 eggs, the overall outcome was far below expectations. After seeking opinions from several other IVF specialists, I was told that the trigger timing may have been a contributing factor. What disappointed me most was not just the outcome itself, but that when I asked Dr. Leong for an explanation, he repeatedly avoided addressing whether the treatment plan or trigger timing could have contributed. I was simply looking for an honest discussion to better understand what happened and to improve my chances in future cycles. My goal was to create enough healthy embryos for future family planning from a single retrieval. Instead, I now have to undergo a second egg retrieval cycle, which is both physically demanding and emotionally exhausting. While IVF outcomes can never be guaranteed, I cannot help but wonder whether a different treatment plan or trigger strategy might have resulted in a better outcome. The initial consultation process was satisfactory, but my experience changed significantly on the day of my ovum pick-up (OPU). The operating table appeared unclean and gave the impression that it had not been properly prepared between patients. The entire process felt rushed and impersonal, as though patients were being processed on an assembly line rather than receiving individualized care. After waking up from the procedure, I experienced severe throat pain and a burning sensation for several days, likely related to the airway tube used during general anesthesia. I also had significant bruising on my right hand at the IV site, which remained visible for over a week (photo attached). While I understand these can be known side effects of anesthesia, the severity made me question the standard of care during the procedure. I also encountered issues with the administrative staff. After I switched doctors during treatment, one cashier attempted to charge me twice for a doctor's consultation, resulting in an overcharge of approximately RM1,000. The error was only corrected after I questioned the bill and another nurse investigated it. Overall, I found the experience disappointing. Alpha IVF invests heavily in marketing and positions itself as one of the leading IVF centers in Malaysia, but my experience did not reflect the level of professionalism, transparency, or patient-centered care I expected. The fees charged to international patients are also considerably higher than many other IVF centers in Malaysia. Every patient's experience is different, but based on mine, I would encourage prospective patients to do thorough research, seek multiple medical opinions, and carefully consider all available clinics before making a decision.

My husband & I are very grateful to Alpha IVF for helping us to conceive our baby. The IVF process was physically, mentally and financially challenging and we felt it was particularly difficult after our first attempt was not successful. But with the encouragement and guidance of Dr. Leong and the Alpha Scientific team, we were able to conceive our baby boy on the second IVF cycle. Dr. Leong is a very cheerful, caring, committed and easy to talk to person. He does his best to address questions and queries from us. When I was afraid to view some of the results during the process, he made it easier for us and reviewed them together with us. His team of nurses were also prompt in managing the appointments and follow up questions. Dr. Leong saw us through the entire process from start to finish. He also performed the Cesarean section to deliver our baby and did a great job as a surgeon as his surgical skills were immaculate. We would also like to thank the Alpha Scientific team for their dedicated effort and patience to use their skills and experience to make our IVF process a success. We also thank Dr. Wilkinson for seeing us on 2 occasions when Dr. Leong was not available as Dr. Wilkinson was very patient with his advice and was also very encouraging. Hence, we would like to express our thanks and gratitude to Dr. Leong, Dr. Wilkinson, the Alpha Scientific team, the nurses and the entire Alpha IVF team.

Thank you to my doctor. Dr. Leong gave me the opportunity to become a mother. When I visited the doctor, there was no denying that my child and the doctor had a special connection. My child smiled as soon as he saw him.

There were occasions when the customer service system was unavailable, but Neva personally followed up on our requests and ensured that communication with the centre continued smoothly. She was also supportive enough to respond even outside of working hours when urgent assistance was needed. Neva genuinely advocates for patients. Whenever there were system-related issues, she took ownership of the situation, stood on the patient's side, and helped expedite the resolution process, including claims affected by system failures. We had a wonderful experience at this IVF center. We would like to thank all the staff at this Alpha IVF center. From registration to the cashier, everyone was kind, courteous, and helpful. Their friendliness and professionalism made our journey much more pleasant and reassuring. We truly appreciate the care and support provided by the entire team. Especially when we go to cashier name Julia she always friendly and also will ask us how today? Everything is that ok? Yeah, love she always send us regard on this. Special thanks to Dr. Lam and the nurses for their excellent care and support. Dr Lam always provided clear guidance, patient in answering our questions, and always send us the reminder for follow up process. It made us feel reassured throughout the process. When we facing the trouble Dr Lam and nurse always will give us a best solution for us. And I need to special thanks to The Patient Experience Manager (Neva) was very patient, professional, and caring. She took the time to listen to our concerns, answered all our questions, and successfully helped solve our problems. Her support made the entire process much smoother and less stressful. In addition, all the staff at the center were polite, friendly, and always willing to help. We truly appreciate the excellent service and support provided by the entire team.

After a really long journey filled with hope, anxiety, and countless prayers, my wife and I are finally expecting our baby! 🥹 We cannot thank the team at Alpha IVF enough with words. From the moment we stepped through their doors, we felt cared for not just as patients, but as a couple desperate to fulfill our dream of becoming parents. Dr Leong, the nurses, and all staff supported us through every milestone and setback with kindness, professionalism, and genuine compassion. The confidence they showered us with when we needed it most was so so important and we couldn't have gone through this without it.
