Fabulous experience for something that honestly can be extremely scary. The team at Spring works to keep the patient informed and at ease throughout the entire process. Will recommend to anyone that needs access to fertility support.

At 37, recently dumped, and financially committed to both San Francisco rent and questionable dating decisions, I decided to freeze my eggs at Spring Fertility. After all, while I haven’t found a husband yet, I have found approximately 47 men who “aren’t looking for anything serious right now.” So I figured I’d take control of the one thing in my life that wasn’t ghosting me. I expected a stressful medical process. Instead, I found a clinic that communicated better than most people I’ve dated. Appointments were organized. Questions were answered. Calls were returned. Nobody sent mixed signals. Nobody disappeared for three days and came back with, “Sorry, I’ve just been really busy.” A special thank you to Dr. Zore, who was knowledgeable, reassuring, and somehow made a complicated process feel completely manageable. Every interaction left me feeling informed and confident rather than overwhelmed. And Michelle from anesthesia was exactly the person you want taking care of you on retrieval day: kind, calming, funny, and reassuring. By retrieval day I was bloated, uncomfortable, and questioning several life choices. Within minutes I went from nervous patient to peacefully unconscious. That’s a pretty impressive skill set. One minute we were chatting; the next I was waking up from what may have been the best nap I’ve had in years. The entire process was surprisingly easy. The injections weren’t nearly as bad as I expected, the staff was wonderful, and the side effects were minimal. As a medical professional, I can also say Spring Fertility has an excellent reputation among healthcare workers, including many doctors and nurses at UCSF. That reputation was one of the reasons I chose them. For anyone hesitating: • “It’s too expensive.” ( think less than 10k not including meds)— It’s actually more affordable than many competitors I researched. • “I can’t take time off work.” — I work full-time, and they were able to accommodate my schedule. • “I’ll do it later.” — The younger you are when you freeze your eggs, the better. My only regret is not doing it sooner. • “The medication side effects will be awful.” — For me, it was just some mild bloating. Most importantly, remember this is a medical procedure. Do your research, ask questions, and take an active role in your care. The team at Spring Fertility did an excellent job educating me and answering every question I had. Thank you to Dr. Zore, Michelle, and the entire Spring Fertility team for making what felt intimidating become surprisingly smooth, supportive, and even enjoyable. And thank you for helping me preserve my options while I continue my search for a man who communicates as effectively as a fertility clinic. At this point, Spring Fertility has set the bar alarmingly high.

I cannot recommend Dr. Zore highly enough. As a patient over 40, I came to her hoping for success but uncertain about the path forward. Dr. Zore took the time to thoroughly explain all of my options and alternatives, empowering me to make informed decisions that felt right for my body and my family. Her approach using a modified natural cycle ultimately led to not one, but two successful pregnancies. I also want to highlight how exceptionally organized her staff has been throughout this journey. They provided us with detailed calendars outlining exactly what medications to take and when to expect each FET. This level of organization gave my partner and me tremendous peace of mind during what can be an incredibly stressful process. Thanks to Dr. Zore and her team, we now have a super healthy baby boy and are currently expecting a super healthy baby girl. We are beyond grateful for the care, expertise, and support we received. Dr. Zore didn't just help us grow our family—she gave us hope and confidence every step of the way.

Incompetent staff - the doctors may be experienced, but most of the time you're dealing with the staff members and they are just not competent or remotely helpful. Often results in a lot of frustration. It makes us feel their job is to make our lives harder. And consider the money we’re spending with them! We've worked with 4 fertility clinics in SF now, this is by far the worst! Save your money and frustration and go somewhere else

Amazing company doing great work helping people build families in challenging situations. My one complaint is their price gouging on embryo storage. Our rate has increased from $300 annually to $475 with really no recourse or other…...

We asked them not to tell us the gender of the child and they told us TWICE (both in writing and verbally). If they can’t get the simple things right, how can we trust them to get the rest right? Also they don’t allow both intended parents to be present (even just for prep) for transfers, unlike RMA, which is extremely frustrating. I complained about both and was told I could speak to a supervisor but after 20 minutes nobody appeared so I left.
