My sister waited in the waiting room with chest pains and a swollen left foot. She already had a blood clot in the past. You would think they would take her as priority.

The number of patients in the ER being treated or waiting for treatment in the hallways is over 15 it’s disgusting

There are truly no words that can express how grateful I am for Dr. Taymaa May and her entire team. A year ago, I went to the hospital thinking I just needed my gallbladder removed. Instead, that visit led to a Stage III ovarian cancer diagnosis and completely changed my life. From the moment I met Dr. May, I knew I was in the best hands. She was compassionate, confident, honest, and always took the time to answer my questions and make sure I understood what was happening. She performed an incredibly complex surgery that ultimately saved my life. Because of her skill and determination, she was able to remove all visible cancer, giving me the best possible chance moving forward. I will never be able to thank her enough for that. What impressed me even more was the kind of doctor she is outside of the operating room. I was readmitted to the hospital over Christmas with complications, and even though she was on vacation, she was still checking on my case and staying involved in my care. That level of dedication meant the world to me and my family. It showed me that I wasn’t just another patient to her. Her entire team is equally amazing. Every nurse, physician assistant, and staff member I encountered treated me with kindness, compassion, and respect during one of the hardest times of my life. They made me feel supported every step of the way. Today, I am cancer-free, and I truly believe I owe my life to Dr. May and her team. They gave me hope when I needed it most and cared for me like I was family. I will be forever grateful for everything they have done for me. If you are looking for a gynecologic oncologist, I cannot recommend Dr. May highly enough. She is not only an exceptional surgeon but also one of the most compassionate physicians I have ever met. She is simply the best.

i’ve had some serious spine surgeries outstanding results. If it wasn’t for the nurses, it would’ve been a disaster. MGB please don’t ask me for any more donations until the nurses are properly paid. Because they are the ones that made my stay and my recovery, extremely favorable.

My friends delivery nurse Rebecca has been sooo sweet and helpful so caring and making her so comfortable during the tough time she’s being dealing with there with having to give birth early She is amazing !!!!! So sweet !!!!!

These nurses on strike are arguing with patients on Facebook. Money is more important than sick people. They should be fired are arguing.

I've been seen by many specialty departments at Brigham, including the ER, and I must say, the care is stellar. Recently, my elderly aunt was a patient from the ER to a floor, and the entire nursing staff went above and beyond for her.

I’m here for the nurses. Management is unethical and cares more for money than patients and staff.

Negotiate a contract with your nurses where they get a cost of living raise. Let them back in this morning to care for patients. Not so world class anymore are you. Hope you realized you wouldn’t run without nurses.

This review is strictly about the two security guards at the Francis Street lobby tonight around 10:30. My family member and I were coming from Children’s hospital and were told that security at the lobby, would take care of our parking ticket. So we assumed we’d pay at the lobby. Two other security officers, who were amazing, helped us find the garage we parked at and this is what they told us when we asked where we should pay. My infant sweet granddaughter had literally just passed away in my arms. We were devastated. We went to the lobby and the male and female security guards were laughing at us and making fun of us while we walked away because we thought we had to pay at the lobby. The male acted like we were looking for a freebie. Sick people treating anyone in the hospital this way. I was holding a bereavement box as well. They should NOT be sitting at the lobby helping people who most likely are in pain.
