My husband and I were struggling with infertility going on over 3 years. We were told the doctor we had would be the best fit, saw the ratings, and decided to go through the process of IUI then IVF if IUI failed. Not only did the doctor laugh at us (via online call) when I spoke about IUI #2 failing and feeling defeated, but we rarely saw her.. maybe twice during 6 months. One of the nurses refused to give my lab work results to me because the payment hadn’t come in yet (we ALWAYS paid on time). Later finding it was her own mistake let me see my results. Nurses talked openly about patients to front desk staff, which I found unprofessional. We switched clinics to Shady Grove which is closer to where we live and absolutely love it. We saw our doctor after EVERY appointment, the nurse checked in as much as we needed, and got pregnant after switching clinics (within 2 months). Now I’m 7 months pregnant with our first baby and couldn’t be more excited. I have a feeling it would’ve been a much more difficult process at Conceptions.

If you want a place that only see you as a money symbol I would suggest you come here. They do not care. None of them. You are only a dollar sign and that is all. There is no communication with your "fertility Dr" after your consultation or follow ups for failed iui's you mostly message nurses and will get an answer when and if they feel like it . You don't communicate with the Dr. There is no follow up care or mid iui testing or anything to see if the fertility meds they give you are doing anything. They put you on stuff without testing what it does to your cycle or body. If you want real help contact woman's healthcare associates they are a few doors down. Don't waste your time or money here. THEY DONT CARE ! $$$$$

Words truly cannot express how grateful we are to Dr. Althea O’Shaughnessy and her amazing team. Our journey to becoming parents was not easy, but through it all, she gave us hope, strength, and reassurance every step of the way. Her kindness, patience, and genuine care meant so much to us during such a vulnerable time. She didn’t just treat us as patients, she treated us with compassion and understanding, always taking the time to explain everything and support us emotionally. Today, we are holding our beautiful baby, and it feels like a dream come true. Dr. O’Shaughnessy played such a huge role in making that dream a reality, and we will be forever grateful. As she prepares for retirement, we just want to say thank you from the bottom of our hearts. She has changed lives, and we are one of the many families she has blessed. She will truly be missed.

I recommend Conceptions every chance I get. Dr. Bush is so incredibly knowledgeable and his honesty was greatly appreciated during my IVF journey. The nurses, staff, and embryologists have always been absolutely wonderful and I am so grateful for the work they do (shout out to my nurse Cori). Working with Conceptions, my family was able to navigate infertility, egg donors, a possible surrogate and eventually an FET transfer that led to the birth of my son. After my son’s birth, there was an issue that led to a short NICU stay. During that time, we worked with Conceptions and they were able to get us test results and answers faster than the hospital. To say I trust them implicitly is an understatement. Thank you Dr. Bush and Conceptions team! You are the only ones I trust.

Conception has been instrumental in our wish to create and grow our family (from 2022 to 2026). Dr O has been amazing, she is very professional, does not leave room for uncertainty, we have been in great care with her. Our nurse Molly at the Rose office has been a constant support, very caring, a great listener and patient with me and all my questions. The billing team has been challenging for us. They changed my contact 3 times, errors on insurance, did not offer a call or anything to help me understand cost. I had to follow up constantly (phone and emails). They were late to submit approval to my insurance which put everything in jeopardy. They do not define the result and service we received from the staff that matters but their accounting team has been awful and challenging to work with.

Revising after trying for our second: I realized although I was not a fan of being told IVF only without options. They did help in other areas. IVF is what they specialize in and if you want other options you need to express that Conceptions was always on top on bloodwork and testing during your cycle and getting medicine needed to prepare your body. I had high thyroid and they always made sure my levels were where they needed to be for conception and to maintain pregnancy. Additionally, when I did land pregnant they knew I had lower progesterone and got me right in to test my levels. They got me on progesterone for the remainder of my first trimester. Without their early care I may not have had a successful pregnancy. I also was able to get an ultrasound sooner than OBGYN at 7 weeks. They have a good team of people. I am not familiar with the IVF process, but the other care I experienced was great. We were told IVF ‘was our only option’. I had to be my own advocate and push for more options to get my husbands count up, which we were referred to a urologist ‘if we wanted’ (but weren’t going to suggest before asking). Of course the urologist they work with did a basic physical and just said IVF also. I had to push again if we had any other options and he said blood work ‘if you want’ these places don’t want to actually solve the root of your problem because they just want you to pay the expensive IVF procedure! Luckily husband got on Clomid and boosted his count. We looked into some natural options and found fertility acupuncturist Jeff Faudem and after 3 years TTC we got pregnant naturally first cycle! (without the invasive expensive procedure). Please look into your options be your own advocate because you may not need IVF. I never felt like they truly cared here to help! I will say the nurses were very experienced here and responsive. The billing department needs some work, I just called to ask questions about an invoice I received from 2 years ago (2019) even though I called about my billing in Jan 2021 and they confirmed I had no balance. When I asked questions the lady was extremely rude!

Dr Jasmine Chiang is great. She is an amazing doctor and she takes excellent care of patients. I would 100 percent recommend her.

I just completed my 2nd successful IVF transfer with Dr. Bush. He is hands down the best fertility doctor in Colorado. I saw two other specialists previously and Dr. Bush was the only doctor who truly listened to me and made my dreams come true. I can’t recommend him and Conceptions enough!

We had such a great experience with everyone at Conceptions! I never felt like a number which is apparently a common experience at other clinics. Everyone there, from the front desk to the sonographers and phlebotomists, knew our names & our story. Tammy was a personal favorite sonographer of ours and she was even present during our transfer. She had a kind and caring manner to her & we enjoyed getting to know her throughout our journey. All of the phlebotomists were top notch and we always enjoyed getting to chat with them. They made getting poked so frequently a much easier thing by being funny and lighthearted when it was appropriate. Dr. Skaznik was our RE and she went above and beyond for us! We were not an easy case by any means and she helped us overcome numerous obstacles including uterine scarring, poor response during egg retrieval, and a thin lining. I am currently 26 weeks pregnant and truly believe we would not be here if it wasn't for her. She also followed our journey closely and would give sweet personal touches like phone calls when we had exciting news. Dr. Skaznik and the staff at Conceptions will always hold a special place in our hearts for their care during our fertility journey.

I couldn’t be happier with Conceptions, especially with Dr. Bush. I wasn’t in a good situation and we had more success with him than I could have ever imagined. The nurses and all staff are incredible. The portal makes communication and…...
