I would happily recommend Pacific Fertility to anyone I know struggling to get pregnant or beginning their journey to starting a family. This process is HARD, but I always felt supported and safe with my physicians at Pacific Fertility. I was under Dr Agard’s care for the majority of my IVF experience, and from my initial diagnosis to my second transfer (that was successful), she was compassionate, intelligent and professional. My egg retrieval, performed by Dr Li, went incredibly smooth and the nerves I felt were dissipated by her calm confidence. The first appointment I had with Dr Strug was fine, I left a little unsure of the information he gave me, however he performed my first transfer and although it wasn’t successful, I felt my initial judgements on him were more related to my misunderstanding and not him as a person. He and the nurse who performed that transfer made me feel very relaxed and hopeful! Overall, my husband and I are so grateful to the staff we encountered at Pacific Fertility. They answered any questions we had, fixed any paperwork or financial discrepancies quickly and made a tough experience feel doable and hopeful!! Thank you Pacific Fertility for helping us start our family!!

Beyond grateful for PFC. Dr Ryan and her team are excellent. Had all 3 of my kids with the help of Dr Ryan, her team and PFC.

Truly wish I could give them negative stars. Do your research before going to PFC. I was a patient with them for years with too many negative outcomes to count. I finally switched fertility clinics after giving PFC too many chances, and I had a successful pregnancy on the first try with the new clinic.

I truly can’t say enough great things about Pacific Fertility, hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at a medical office. Every person there was incredibly friendly and helpful with everything I needed along the way (shout out to dr Ryan, Angela, the nurses, and the front desk). I personally hate having to call doctors offices to get in touch, and they had an app to message on and were super responsive which made this much easier for me. Fantastic experience from start to finish with every person I worked with, will be recommending to anyone I can in the Bay Area! Thank you guys!!

The staff were all very friendly and was recommended to go to PFC by a colleague. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great care team.

We loved Pacific Fertility Center and had an amazing experience. Dr. Li and the entire staff were amazing and made the entire experience truly magical for us. We now have the security knowing no matter what we will have a family one day! I cannot recommend this place enough and if you work nearby it’s a lifesaver when you have to start going in multiple times a week before the retrieval.

This is so sad. I used to recommend Dr. Ryan to all my friends. But after recent services I have learned that I was grossly misled. As much as I respect and like her, she recommended that we retrieve limited eggs despite other clinics telling they wouldn’t have recommended that. I have come to realize that all this clinic cares about is their money. Their financial coordinator and billing team is a further joke. They all claim to care about advocating for their patient. But that is the biggest farce I have seen. They don’t care about their patient as long as the money keeps coming from somewhere. Moreover, their billing team, Tatianna is the worst person I have spoken to in my life. They have zero respect for women going through a tremendously personal and hard journey. I would stay clear of this place. It’s just a cash cow with no regards for their patients. I wish I had changed doctors sooner.

Since we started our journey, this clinic gave us stress. Zero customer service if it was not for the location, we would definitely go somewhere else. The last thing you want for your wife is to be under unnecessary stress.

After working with another clinic, I transferred my care to Dr. Strug at PFC, and the difference was night and day. Dr. Strug is incredibly attentive and thoughtful. He took the time to thoroughly answer my questions, walk through my concerns, and most importantly tailor an approach that addressed some of the specific challenges I had been facing. I felt like I had a clear, personalized plan rather than a one-size-fits-all protocol. Along the way we also discovered that I had persistent thin endometrial lining issues, which can make a frozen embryo transfer much more challenging. Fortunately, Dr. Strug happens to have a specialty in treating thin lining. His experience and flexibility in approaching the problem made something that initially felt impossible start to feel manageable. I really appreciated that he was open to approaches beyond the more rigid “one way only” methods that some clinics still follow. Thanks to his care, we were able to successfully navigate both an egg retrieval and embryo transfer, which felt like a huge milestone after a difficult journey. I also want to highlight the broader care team at PFC. They were consistently responsive, kind, and helpful throughout the process. Whether it was answering detailed questions or helping coordinate logistics, I always felt supported. I’m incredibly grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend Dr. Strug and the team at PFC, especially for anyone who may have had a more complex or challenging fertility journey.
