I have never been to a more well run, impressive clinic. As a young woman with a recent cancer diagnosis I was immediately connected with their team and with a doctor who specializes in fertility treatment for patients with cancer. Dr. Rosen was the first doctor I saw after my diagnosis and he was clear, compassionate, took plenty of time to answer my questions and made me feel sure that I would be ok. It was easy to schedule follow up appts and I never waited long at all. From the front desk staff, to the clinic staff to each doctor that I saw., I was endlessly impressed by quality of care, the empathetic staff and the efficiency in the clinic. the clinic was also VERY communicative about how things were progressing and I frequently got calls directly from dr. Rosen to talk about next steps which was very helpful. Overall the experience was very positive and I looked forward to the whole experience during my second round. Anytime I had medical concerns, I promptly received a call from a team member and never had to wait for feedback. THANK YOU!

A special shout-out to Dr. Heather Huddleston, the NPs, nurses, MAs, and staff for their compassionate care and support throughout my journey. I'm now 9 weeks pregnant! I started my first visit with Dr. Mok-Lin and team 1.5 year ago. They've done a great job with my fibroids removal and IVF cycles. Everyone are working hard here, their first operation starts 7am and have a team work around the clock all day and sometimes on weekends for emergency cases. Fully respect their work! And different team can cover each other when someone has days off. All of them are professional and compassionate. Also, shout out to my nurse Shem Lewis, who followed up with me through the whole journey, and makes the process easier!

I can't say enough of everyone at the center. We worked with Dr. Cakmak, he was wonderful we listened to all of our concerns and we started the process right away. We also worked with Dr. Huddleston and Dr. Shapiro both of them were caring and professional. We were lucky to be able to do one retrieval and one transfer to get our little boy who just turned a year old. Travelling almost 5 hours one way for each appointment was worth it.

I highly recommend Dr. Cedars, who is compassionate, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable. She always took her time to listen to my concerns and address all of my questions. I love how the office is so modern and clean. My office visits have been consistently on time, and Dr. Cedars is always very understanding. I highly recommend UCSF Center for Reproductive Health.

Dr. Cakmak is wonderful. However, during an appointment in November, he recommended I start medicated cycles. It's now February and despite calling and messaging his office repeatedly, sometimes multiple times a week, I have not yet been prescribed. I am promised calls back I never get.

I was not happy with the level of communication from the team on the topic of supplements. It just seems like the people working at this clinic either are not up to date with recent studies, or they just do not care enough to educate the patients. Scheduling is also really difficult. They run so behind schedule that they keep a whiteboard reporting how late they are.

I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Shapiro and her team. From the first meeting, we felt very supported, well educated about each step in the IVF process. After two rounds of retrievals (at age 42) we prepared for the transfer. Our embryo implanted and now I'm writing this review with my three month old daughter sleeping in a wrap on me.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr Mok-Lin. She and her team helped my husband and I have a successful pregnancy via IVF after cancer diagnosis and surgery. We are so grateful for her expertise!!

Surrogacy is broken into 3 parts: finding an egg donor, picking a surrogacy agency, and working with an IVF clinic. We started with UCSF Center for Reproductive Care first because we heard it was one of the best fertility clinics in the world - and we're so grateful we did. From start to finish, we felt confident, cared for, and in the very best hands.
