Amanda McCarthy is the Chief Executive Officer of POMA Fertility, responsible for ensuring the practice remains true to its mission — to help as many families as possible achieve their family-building goals, with a beautiful journey along the way.
She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Babson College in Wellesley, MA (BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, 2009), and earned a Bilingual MBA from IESE Business School in Barcelona, Spain (2017). Both institutions emphasized entrepreneurship, preparing her to lead a growing fertility practice.
Before POMA, Amanda held roles across various functions and industries. As CEO, she brings a patient-first operating philosophy to POMA, driving transparent pricing, refund programs, and financing options.
