Dr. Jason Chan Nyuk Leong has practised obstetrics and gynaecology in Malaysia since qualifying with his MD from Universiti Sains Malaysia in 2001. He completed his internship at Queen Elizabeth Hospital (QEH) and trained in the hospital’s obstetrics and gynaecology department, then served three years as an O&G registrar at Hospital Putrajaya.

In 2006 he joined Hospital Wanita Metro in Klang as a resident doctor — and has worked collaboratively with the hospital on every aspect of fertility and in-vitro fertilisation (IVF) ever since, giving him more than twenty continuous years inside the same fertility programme. His special interest is infertility treatment, and his involvement runs across the whole cycle pathway rather than a single stage.

Dr. Chan is also one of the more visible educator-doctors in the Metro group.
