About
Dr. Sirichet Anekpornwattana is an obstetrician-gynecologist and reproductive endocrinology and infertility specialist at Superior A.R.T. in Bangkok, where he also serves as Associate Clinical Director – Business Liaison. His clinical focus is assisted reproductive technology and preimplantation genetic testing (PGT), while maintaining hands-on practice in laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgery and sexual health.
He graduated with first-class honors in medicine from Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University in 2014, then completed successive postgraduate training at Siriraj: Diploma of Clinical Sciences in OB-GYN (2017), Diploma of the Thai Board of Obstetrics and Gynaecology (2019) and Diploma of the Thai Board of Reproductive Medicine (2021). In 2022 he added a Diploma of Clinical Sexology from Thammasat University — a combination of credentials that is uncommon among Thai physicians.
Before joining Superior A.R.T. in 2023, he worked as a general practitioner in Ubonratchathani Province and in fertility and OB-GYN practice at Phyathai 3 Hospital, Chaophya Hospital, Thonburi 2 Hospital and Gina Fertility Studio. In his Business Liaison role he is one of the main points of contact between international patients and the medical team, translating each patient’s situation into a concrete treatment plan.
Clinical Expertise
- IVF and ICSI: full-cycle management from stimulation protocol design through egg retrieval, fertilization and embryo transfer, with ICSI pathways for male-factor infertility
- Preimplantation genetic testing (PGT): indication assessment for PGT-A and PGT-M, coordinating embryo biopsy and the centre’s in-house genetics laboratory reporting
- Adjuvant fertility treatment: endometrial preparation and luteal support adjustments aimed at improving the odds per transfer
- Laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgery: treating uterine and pelvic pathology that affects implantation, such as fibroids and intrauterine adhesions
- Sexual health: sexual function and psychological factors during fertility treatment, covered by his 2022 clinical sexology training
- First-line evaluation: a history- and data-driven approach to identifying the underlying cause before moving to IVF
Why Choose Dr. Sirichet Anekpornwattana
A rare triple board profile. OB-GYN (2019) plus reproductive medicine (2021) plus clinical sexology (2022) means he can manage reproductive endocrinology and surgery and also address intimacy and sexual-function concerns — issues many fertility clinics sidestep, yet which underlie a meaningful share of prolonged involuntary childlessness.
Siriraj-trained throughout, with distinction. His first-class honors MD and four consecutive postgraduate programs at Siriraj Hospital, Thailand’s leading academic medical centre, anchor his clinical judgment in the country’s most rigorous training system. A 2020 Thai J Obstet Gynaecol paper analyzing Siriraj’s cesarean rates via the Robson classification shows research-training depth behind his clinical decisions.
He explains the “why.” His published working style emphasizes attention to detail and finding root causes, and patient feedback at the centre highlights clear explanation and prompt follow-up — a practical advantage for couples facing repeated protocol adjustments and long-distance travel.
He coordinates international care. As Associate Clinical Director for business liaison, he helps schedule overseas patients’ visits so key treatment milestones fit within limited stays in Bangkok.

Suitable For
- Couples seeking a first infertility evaluation: he prefers to establish the cause before proposing treatment, suited to couples who need systematic assessment rather than immediate IVF.
- Couples who need PGT genetic screening: whether the indication is advanced maternal age, recurrent miscarriage or a known hereditary risk, he manages the chain from indication to biopsy to report interpretation with the in-house genetics laboratory.
- Patients with fibroids, adhesions or uterine pathology: his routine hysteroscopic and laparoscopic surgery can be scheduled around the IVF cycle without outside referral.
- Couples facing sexual function or sexual health concerns: his clinical sexology training lets these factors enter the overall assessment instead of being explained away by hormones and embryos alone.
