About
Melody Rasouli holds two USC degrees that rarely appear on the same résumé: an MD from the Keck School of Medicine and an MBA from the Marshall School of Business. She points the second one at a concrete problem — the cost and access barriers that keep fertility care out of reach for too many patients — and the first at the medicine itself: IVF, PCOS, and reproductive endocrinology. She joins HRC Fertility’s Newport Beach clinic in August 2026.
She took her undergraduate biology degree at USC Dornsife, cum laude, then matched both business and medical training at the same university. Her OB/GYN residency at UNLV named her Administrative Chief Resident, and she is completing her REI fellowship at UCLA, where her work on reproductive endocrinology earned her the Bruce Shapiro Award for Excellence twice, in 2022 and 2023.
Her research output has been recognized early — an Alpha Omega Alpha induction, a PCRS scholarship, a Keck distinction in research, and Doximity’s ranking of her in the top 10% of most-published clinicians. She is trilingual, practicing in English, Spanish and Farsi.
