About
Sahar Wertheimer runs two careers in women’s health at once, and only one of them is a clinic. Alongside her reproductive endocrinology practice at HRC Fertility Beverly Hills, she chairs the Women’s Health Committee of the Jewish Orthodox Women’s Medical Association and built a monthly webinar series on women’s-health topics that draws more than 2,000 live viewers at a time — turning a medical practice into a public-health channel for a community that often has few such forums.
Her research is narrower and more technical: genomics, specifically the epigenetics of the placenta, and the search for markers of androgen excess in PCOS and hirsutism. She trained for this at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine on the Anne Scheiber full-tuition scholarship, completed OB/GYN residency at Montefiore Medical Center, and did her REI fellowship at Cedars-Sinai, holding hospital affiliation there.
She is double board-certified in both Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility and Obstetrics and Gynecology, and she works in English and Hebrew, with conversational Farsi — a language profile well matched to her patient community in Beverly Hills.

Why Choose Dr. Wertheimer
