Patient Journey
LRC’s flagship pathway completes in as fast as 28 days of medical timeline with two Bangkok trips:
- Cycle start (home country): pre-cycle conditioning, labs and a joint China–Thailand consultant video consultation
- Stimulation in Bangkok (days 1-11): arrive on menstrual day 2; baseline bloods and ultrasound on day 3; stimulation injections days 3-9; partner semen check on day 8; trigger night on days 10-11
- Egg retrieval (days 12-14): retrieval and fertilization (ICSI) 36 hours after trigger; patients may return home a few days after retrieval

Local Legal Framework
Assisted reproduction in Thailand is governed by the Protection of Children Born through Assisted Reproductive Technology Act B.E. 2558 (2015) and Medical Council regulation. ART is available to different-sex married couples — clinics require a valid marriage certificate — and PGT is legally performed. Donor gamete programs are tightly restricted and commercial surrogacy is prohibited. As an MOPH-registered clinic, LRC states that all treatments operate within this legal framework.
