Patient Journey
- Online consultation: Submit an inquiry; appointments at the Fertility Center must be made at least one day in advance
- Initial visit: Ideally cycle days 2–4, for baseline hormone tests and ovarian reserve assessment
- Full evaluation: Pelvic examination with transvaginal ultrasound, hysterosalpingography (HSG), hormone panels, and semen analysis
- Personalized plan: The reproductive specialist selects the pathway — IUI, IVF/ICSI, IVM, with PGT/uterine receptivity testing where indicated
- Treatment cycle: Ovarian stimulation (or IVM) → egg retrieval → IVF/ICSI fertilization → embryo culture → transfer → pregnancy test about 14 days later
Local Legal Framework
ART in Thailand is governed by the Protection of Children Born by Medically Assisted Reproductive Technology Act B.E. 2558 (2015). IVF, ICSI and PGT are legal for married couples with written informed consent; foreign patients are typically asked for a notarized marriage certificate in addition to passports. Commercial surrogacy is prohibited, and sex selection without medical indication is not permitted.
